Went last night to Viks Urgent care. I’ve had very good experiences before with this urgent care and chose to go here again. Always professional! Great staff, from Front Desk to entire staff very quick, caring and knowledgeable. Had to have Intrevenous and the Nurse inserted the needle no pain at all!! The Drs were so knowledgeable and really nice. I felt they cared and I was in and out within a very reasonable time. They even have warm blankets for the cold rooms! Excellent follow up as well. Had to go in for a chest infection. Was worried about cost because I didn’t have insurance. The doctor was very honest and explained the options I had and included the pricing for each option. He also told me that I had either pneumonia or bronchitis and that the treatment was the same for either so I chose to save some money by not getting the extra testing to determine which I had since the treatment was the same.
