If I could give a higher than five rating, I would the kindness and gentleness of Chris and Holly was amazing. They were honest and straightforward but also sympathetic and empathetic genuinely. I felt heard and understood. The PSA was more than accommodating to my not having certain information. I never felt rushed or ignored. I felt as if I was the only patient and they had 4 of us. I’m from out of town but was in Lakeway for 2 mos. There were two occasions that I needed to use Vic. I can not say enough praise for the staff, nurses and drs. They were wonderful and took great care of me. Whenever I’m in town and need a Dr I will definitely go to Vic. Thank you Wyellin
Top notch, professional and quality care that was provided quickly and efficiently.
Great. Professional team. Clean. Fairly fast. Quick visit by doctor which was just a repeat of what the nurse did. Lost a star due to price of visit. This location was a regular for us will think again next time due to $150 fee.
