Love this place! The facility is very clean and the staff is so nice! I have kept my dog at WAG hotels a couple times now and I would never choose a different kennel. I have a seriously difficult time leaving my baby girl anywhere but I fully trust that she gets the best care when she stays. We followed Cameron over from the Santa Clara location and I know he makes sure all the animals are getting the best care possible
When we moved here from San Diego, one of our biggest concerns was finding a place for our pup to spend his days while we were at work. He had been going to a great daycare in San Diego and we were having trouble finding a place that we felt comfortable with. We've been going to Wag for years, through two German Shepards. This place is awesome, great atmosphere, service, and attention to detail! Everyone is great, but we especially love Sam.

I have 2 rescue dogs that I have been taking to Wag Hotels in RWC for the past 3 years on and off. There were many things that I liked about them and also many things I was unhappy about. Each time I communicated and made sure people in the corporate office knew what was going on. The change had to come from above which it did. They have made so many improvements.
