I recently was panicking trying to find a place to take my dog because the place i usually take him was full but after picking him up i fell in love with this place and will bring my dog back whenever I have work trips. The gentlemen Rafael was delicate with my dog and so welcoming when I came back, he even remembered my name. A def try for anyone with dogs!

I brought my dog in for the first time a couple weeks ago and the staff was super friendly. Love the way Rafael interacts with the dogs, will definitely continue bringing my dog back!

I'd like to thank an employee " Rafael Moreno " for the great customer service he provided me when I arrived. I was skeptical about leaving my dog but after a great explanation about how my dog will be taken care of, I left with peace of mind. Not only was he kind, but professional. Will be back soon for another visit.

My lab goes to Wag Redwood City for all day play twice a week. She loves going and comes home happy and tired. The managers and staff have been most helpful and professional. The camera allowing you to view your dog during all day play in a positive feature. I recommend Wag Hotel.

Wag Hotels is tops in my book! Liz has been doing my girls' pedicures and they absolutely adore her. They were very wary before, as they had terrible experiences. No more!

My way-too-feisty little German Shepherd, Dasha, graduated from the weekly puppy socials at Wag RC with actual canine social skills.  Thanks to the patience and guidance of the professional trainers there, Dasha learned to keep her front feet on the ground while playing with other dogs, when to engage, and when to back off.  And I learned that taking a young dog to the dog park to "play" was like dropping a preschooler off at junior high.  Dasha had learned to hold her own there, but coping is not confidence and some bad beh... read more

Our two huskies always look forward to seeing their favorite groomer, Janette! We've exclusively used her for grooming for years, including after moving out of the Bay Area. She's especially great with and loves huskies, and I have no doubt that our pups are loved and well cared for when they are with her at Wag. Beautiful facility, easy drop off, and fair prices!

We all know that a dog's development is tremendously faster than human beings. Whatever age your dog is you basically multiply that by 7. So can you imagine how long it feels for them when you leave them alone at home ? Even though we would love to stay at home with our dogs forever, we cant.
