They won't tell you how much stuff will cost you. Not when requesting a quote, not when request is approved, not when you leave the dog. The first time i see the amount is when I go for the dog. And there's also the "Just the room? That's pretty basic.." kinda remarks where they try to guilt you into buying upgrades.

My dog doesn't like to be away from us, but when she has to, Wag Hotels take good care of her. We have used Wag Hotels for the past 3 years when we needed to have her boarded when we go on vacation. I like the report card they give at the end, but you need to request it. I like that you can check in or check out during late or early morning hours, just like a regular human hotel.
They are so friendly and helpful towards my puppy Cookie. Although they really missed our first dog Christmas who just passed away in June this year. Overall, it's a great place for your dogs.

I've taken my dog Mochi to Wag to get groomed in the past by Danielle. And all I gotta day is that I think I've found the perfect groomer for my dog. Danielle is amazing with doodles and knows how to cut their hair perfectly. I've been to other groomers where they cut the hair too short or they don't listen to special instructions. But Danielle does it all and does an excellent job. She even takes pictures of the process to share when I come pick up Mochi. My dog, Chili went to doggie day camp for two days and loved his time there. Chili loved spending time with Nick who watched him during his stay there. Nick was friendly, caring and trusted with my fur baby. I would definitely bring Chili back based on our positive experience with Nick. Thank you Wag for treating my dog as if he was your own.

Great service. Outstanding installations. The only downside is that it's not easy to gets hold of someone over the phone.

I just picked up my dog from boarding yesterday, and the experience up to pickup was good. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice when we checked in, and I got a quick email reply when I asked how she was doing a day later. The wag cam was great to see that my dog was happy and having fun during all day play. The reservation process was confusing though, when I booked online my reservation didn't appear; I had to wait to be called a few days later so they could confirm the reservation. We've had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the combination of services offered at Wag Hotel Redwood City. We've recently rescued our 10 month old dog Romeo and wanted to be sure he has the best life ever! Update to my review: I was hoping to hear back from Wag Hotels as I know that they do look at their reviews on Yelp and also hoping that this was all some giant misunderstanding because I have used their facilities for regular use and travel in NorCal and SoCal and the past experiences have been good. I received a call from their Client Services Manager and we had a great discussion.
