Brought my Saint Bernard in for a trim and bath grooming. They were able to get me in for an appointment within a few days of my call and it was the BEST grooming my Saint has ever had! Great haircut and he smelled great for a long time. Sooooo much better than PetSmart.

Wag Hotels RWC has been such a blessing for me, and would be for any single dog parent. Everest and I went to their free puppies socials since he was 13 weeks old. Junior and Alexa do an awesome job running the puppy socials, teaching you how to communicate with your puppy and teaching you how to intervene or not intervene. I even started doing individual training sessions with Alexa and junior and I am so impressed with Everest's progress! I've been going to Wag Hotels exclusively since I adopted my best friend mid last year, I get her groomed there and have done all day play and even boarding. Granted I think she's an easy dog, I've never had any issues at all. The grooming is always good and she has a great time (you can watch on the camera during the work day which is amazing) - they even give you report cards. I'd keep going there if I didn't move.

I boarded my sweet dog for four days while I was in Hawaii. I was really impressed with wag hotel. The people who work there are really nice and great with animals. I did the board plus the all day play. The dog daycare is great. The dogs are divided in groups based on size. The playroom is huge and there was ample space for the little dogs to run around in. I loved how there was a webcam so I could check on my dog during the day. He looked great and happy at the end of the stay! He even made friends with another little dog.

These people who run the Wag Hotel in Redwood City are incompetent. They sent him to animal control when one of them nipped a "handler" and didn't tell us that we would need a rabies CERTIFICATE to retrieve our dog and of course it was a Sunday when our vet clinic is closed. So the dog in question had to stay in jail an extra day. The dog we left there (we brought in 2) didn't get the expert care we expected either. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY OF THESE SHAM HOTELS.

This was our first--and almost certainly our last--visit to Wag Hotels. We signed up our 18-week-old puppy for daycare, hoping she'd enjoy some playtime and socialization. What we witnessed at pick-up was deeply upsetting. She was curled up inside a wire shelf meant for cleaning supplies, her ears pinned back, body rigid and hunched--visibly distressed. We have boarded and groomed our dogs at Wag Hotel because we believed their reputation for high-end care would give us peace of mind while traveling. Unfortunately, that trust was shattered. Yesterday, while returning from vacation, we received a distressing call that one of our dogs had been taken to the emergency room due to an incident during grooming.
