Amazing customer service all throughout. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Groomers always deliver. Big yard for the pups to play in and there's even suites for those of you who love to spoil your pets to the max. Highly recommend.
Great place to board your cat and dog and you can watch your dog play all day! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

This was my go to spot pre covid! Recently I feel like they have changed. The customer service I would receive is the reason I didn't mind paying the higher prices. I'm hoping everything is just temporarily and not permanent because I love using wag. I feel comfort and safety for my pets.
Brought my Saint Bernard in for a trim and bath grooming. They were able to get me in for an appointment within a few days of my call and it was the BEST grooming my Saint has ever had! Great haircut and he smelled great for a long time. Sooooo much better than PetSmart.

Wag Hotels RWC has been such a blessing for me, and would be for any single dog parent. Everest and I went to their free puppies socials since he was 13 weeks old. Junior and Alexa do an awesome job running the puppy socials, teaching you how to communicate with your puppy and teaching you how to intervene or not intervene. I'm very disappointed to hear that Nayeli was fired, especially over what I understand was an "availability issue." As a regular client, I found her to be an incredibly hardworking, thorough, and caring young woman. She was always attentive during check-ins and check-outs, looked for solutions when something came up, and genuinely took the time to ask how our day was going or what our vacation plans were. The most unprofessional business I've ever worked with. I booked months in advanced. The day before my trip they said they wouldn't take my dog because she's has a health condition.
Absolute shite web-site user experience. Time is money and you will waste a lot of time trying to book a reservation.
