We've been taking our Portie for grooming every month with Danielle for three years now. She does a fantastic job every time!

I boarded my sweet dog for four days while I was in Hawaii. I was really impressed with wag hotel. The people who work there are really nice and great with animals. I did the board plus the all day play. The dog daycare is great. The dogs are divided in groups based on size. The playroom is huge and there was ample space for the little dogs to run around in. I loved how there was a webcam so I could check on my dog during the day. He looked great and happy at the end of the stay! He even made friends with another little dog.

I love the flexibility of drop off & pick up (open past midnight). Free bath for stays of week or longer. neither he (Storm) or the hotel ever smell, unlike when I pick him up from other boarding places. They always check on vaccinations before accepting reservations. Never had a problem w/ them missing giving a dose of his medicine. Doggie cam is a great way to check on him on those days I sign him up for all day play, which is 1/2 price if boarding overnight! Love this place have been using them for 4 years and the service... read more

this is the Cattery Deluxe/Suite review that I needed to see when I was considering WAG Redwood City, this is for you Cat People: We boarded my sweet 9 month old kitty for about a week while we were out of state. although we are from across the bridge we chose this location because it was near SFO. it was $68 a night for the deluxe/suite (but if I were to book again, I may just opt for the regular cattery room which was $46, I'll explain why later) what was perfect: feeding/water/litter, interaction/free-time/"kitty cudd... read more

This is my second time trying to review this business. Great customer service, welcoming associates at the front desk full of knowledge. Big thanks to Mia who helped me with my questions and offered me a tour that I turned down due to time. I will be registering my dog peanut and coming if for a trial run.

Edit: maybe there's just some miscommunication between the staff. Make sure your always follow up with them. Other then that, they seem great and to genuinely care about the family's trusting them with their dogs.

This was our first--and almost certainly our last--visit to Wag Hotels. We signed up our 18-week-old puppy for daycare, hoping she'd enjoy some playtime and socialization. What we witnessed at pick-up was deeply upsetting. She was curled up inside a wire shelf meant for cleaning supplies, her ears pinned back, body rigid and hunched--visibly distressed. The handler's first comment was that she'd been "really shy" and kept to herself all day. That didn't add up. At other dog socials, she's consistently the most outgoing and ... read more

We have boarded and groomed our dogs at Wag Hotel because we believed their reputation for high-end care would give us peace of mind while traveling. Unfortunately, that trust was shattered. Yesterday, while returning from vacation, we received a distressing call that one of our dogs had been taken to the emergency room due to an incident during grooming. The groomer had cut his ear so badly that he needed to be sedated and receive stitches. Now, we're facing two weeks of medication, wound care, and constant monitoring--on ... read more

They refused to allow my dog to stay there because he has a Level 3 heart murmur. Excuse me, but this is a heartless policy. Despite all the waivers Wag undoubtedly requires pet owners to sign, my dog is not acceptable, even though he is an active dog with no physical restrictions. They know that people like me, who used to take their dogs to Planet Pooch (which recently closed due to the owner's sudden passing), are in a bind to find a comfortable new situation for their dogs. But no. They won't accept him. Update: You ... read more
