We've been using Wags for over a year now for boarding and all day play and Tiffany has been amazing. She is super helpful and accommodating with all of our requests and needs. I would definitely recommend this location because of her.

Wag Hotel for dogs in W. Los Angeles is fantastic! They board dogs in super nice large, medium or small rooms. Some of the medium and large rooms have cameras so you can watch your pup while he is in his room. WH has all-day play, two hour play, training and grooming. The people at the front desk are very friendly and know all the dogs' names. Tiffany is especially nice, and gives the dogs treats.

The West LA Wag Hotel has been a life saver for me! I work a lot of nights and weird hours, and their flexible drop off and pick up times for boarding and day care have been great given my crazy schedule. The staff are so sweet and caring, and my pup Odin loves them so much. He usually can't wait to ditch me once we arrive, and he makes a beeline to the play area as soon as we get there. Our one year old lab loves it here! She was attacked by a dog in our neighborhood at 6 months and wag really helped her fears around other dogs/socialized her. We have done boarding and daycare; both have been awesome. We don't have to worry about her at all when she's there! She's always exhausted after her all day play which is great for us! The front desk staff is super friendly and we've had wonderful experiences here!

What I like best about Wag Hotel are the folks who work at Wag Hotel. Friendly, professional and kind (and that's just how they treat the dogs.) It's a nice feeling being able to leave your four-legged child there when you have to and not worry about their well-being. I adopted my dog over Thanksgiving in 2018. He's been going to Wag Hotels, West LA since December 2018, so just about a year. It's been great for him and he loves it. He goes about 2-3 days a week and does the day stay. And he stays here if I have to travel. Highly recommended! It's obvious when you walk in the door that they love dogs here. I've used wag a couple of times for daycare and boarding. The folks are super friendly, our pup has come back extra clean when we've had her bathed, and most importantly she comes back happy. We've had issues with her being unhappy at other daycare facilities so this was our #1 priority.

I absolutely love sending my fur-baby, Zeyla, to Wag's west LA location. I couldn't ask for better people to look after her while I'm away. Everyone is so nice, and welcoming when she she arrives. It feels like her home away from home. I can't stress enough how much peace of mind I have when she is there because I can see her on camera, either in her room, or in play time.
