I have been taking my dogs to Wag, for all day play weekly and for boarding on an occasional basis, as long as they have been in this location. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And they seem to genuinely care for my pups. When they spotted my dogs on local TV during the recent Getty fire, they reached out and said if we needed to board them for a few days (rather than stay in a shelter), they would be happy to welcome them for up to 7 days at no charge. The West LA Wag Hotel has all the fun stuff for you and your pooch, including themed camps, spa treatments and luxe suites. But the reason we bring our pup here, and have continued to do so for over two years, is the loving attention she gets from the amazing staff. I've been taking my 12 pound chihuahua/min pin to Wag Hotels since May 2019 when I switched from another place. The staff is very nice. professional and sweet to my dog. My dog is excited when we arrive and she has stayed overnight for boarding on many occasions and used the daycare. I like that there is a camera in the daycare play area so you can check-in on your dog. It's also helpful you can pickup at anytime of the day/night. Thank you!

This place is great. They take great care of Otis and he always comes back exhausted. He gets so excited to go back! They have been very accommodating with my schedule, which sometimes has odd hours and requires early drop off and late pick up.

I have been bringing my dog Cash here for months now and I love it! He is dog aggressive so we do the one on one day stay for him. Cash is instantly greeted as we walk in, and he LOVES this extra attention. He gets play time with the workers rather than with the dogs and he LOVES everyone there! I highly recommend this dog hotel for any boarding needs!!!

The folks at Wag Hotel in West LA are truly wonderfully caring individuals who really go out of their way to make a pet's stay comfortable. They recently took my pup, Sasha, to the vet to get updated vaccinations: this is a service that they offer with no additional charge. There's actually a 20% discount provided at the Brentwood VCA for Wag customers. Wag has great service provided by very caring people.
My first time ever leaving one of my dogs at a hotel. On Saturday the 26th I left my Husky Comet at Wags and it was the most amazing experience for both of us. She was so happy and exhausted when I picked her up the next day . I really appreciate all their hard work and their love for my dog . I just can't ever thank you all enough for taking care of my 12 year old, Biscuit. It's such a heartache when I need to leave town but I am much more at ease knowing you guys love her and treat her well. This stay, she was in the Deluxe room and had all-day play AND a little spa day which made her feel wonderful! She's fluffy and clean and itch free. I absolutely LOVE Wag hotels and the entire West LA team!! They keep the hotel clean, they love my dog, I can log into the cam and watch her play and have the best time!!
