Our one year old lab loves it here! She was attacked by a dog in our neighborhood at 6 months and wag really helped her fears around other dogs/socialized her. We have done boarding and daycare; both have been awesome. We don't have to worry about her at all when she's there! She's always exhausted after her all day play which is great for us! The front desk staff is super friendly and we've had wonderful experiences here!

As a new dog "puppy" owner I have done my fair share of research on just about everything for the past 6 months. Knowing I would need a reliable place for him to get out some energy, have fun, and socialize a couple days a week; I visited and researched many facilites throughout the West-LA and Central LA area. What I like best about Wag Hotel are the folks who work at Wag Hotel. Friendly, professional and kind (and that's just how they treat the dogs.) It's a nice feeling being able to leave your four-legged child there when you have to and not worry about their well-being. Nonetheless, I spend an awful lot of time watching our girl on their webcams. Not due to worry, rather a love of watching her have the best time. I adopted my dog over Thanksgiving in 2018. He's been going to Wag Hotels, West LA since December 2018, so just about a year. It's been great for him and he loves it. He goes about 2-3 days a week and does the day stay. And he stays here if I have to travel. Highly recommended! It's obvious when you walk in the door that they love dogs here. I've used wag a couple of times for daycare and boarding. The folks are super friendly, our pup has come back extra clean when we've had her bathed, and most importantly she comes back happy. We've had issues with her being unhappy at other daycare facilities so this was our #1 priority.

I absolutely love sending my fur-baby, Zeyla, to Wag's west LA location. I couldn't ask for better people to look after her while I'm away. Everyone is so nice, and welcoming when she she arrives. It feels like her home away from home. I can't stress enough how much peace of mind I have when she is there because I can see her on camera, either in her room, or in play time. I really like this daycare for my malitpoo. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My baby has been attending for several months now and is still shy/nervous at drop-off. I love how the staff always holds him and makes him feel loved. I feel very comfortable leaving him here ( I am an overprotective dog momma). My pup loves Wag. He's a little griff, 12lbs and getting older now. Staff is kind and they take extra care with him; making sure he gets time out for rest, mixed with his play during day care and boarding stays. Thanks to all the good peeps at Wag. I recommend!

I love taking my dog Bubbles! I put her in dog daycare about once a week and come here to board her. Whenever I walk in, the staff recognizes and know her by name. She seems super excited to go in and pulls towards the humans there. I can tell the handlers really care about her. She has a small benign bump on her leg and the staff there noticed right away and offered to take a note about size to help me monitor for any changes.
