I have been leaving my dog with a man in his home for the last 9-10 years since he was a puppy but have recently discovered this amazing placed WAG HOTELS! My dog loved it! The people are so kind and thoughtful and patient. I went on a 2 week trip anad had absolutely no qualms about leaving my dog there for the entire time. Gallina's site site inspection at the Wag Hotel & Spa. Emaculate Accommodations. This Malibu suite includes: a full size bed, nightly story books, smart TV, music & toys. Large play area, in house kitchen & laundry facilities, training room. General Manager Justin is is a great tour guide. Gallina approves!

The Wag hotel was great! They took great care of my doggie!! We got to watch our puppy, talk to him and send treats. My pup is a rescue and is very nervous with strangers. They did a great job on making him comfortable. He had the extra care and this was great for him!! Thank you Wag hotel for a wonderful experience for our little guy!!

I have been to several dog daycares on the Westside over the last ~4 years and Wag Hotels is my favorite! My dog loves it here too-- he's always extremely excited from the moment we pull up, and goes absolutely insane once we enter the lobby. He doesn't act this way at every daycare we've been to, and has even backed up and put his weight down to tell us when he doesn't like a place. But he doesn't do that here! I found this place almost a year ago near where I work. Their policies made it the most convenient for my schedule; plus, it was easy drop off and pick up. They were on top of making sure all dogs had their shots. I could watch my dog on the camera. They knew her by name and figured out her personality right away and just made her feel so special. I've brought my dogs for both daycare and boarding to Wag Hotels. I love that I'm able to check in on the WagCam when my dogs are at daycare throughout the day (I'm that crazy dog mom lol). It's reassuring to know there is always someone there with the dogs- looking after and playing with them. My dogs always leave happy and content after their stay. We love Wag hotel! I use their all day play option for my dog Toad. I get to watch him while I work on the doggy cam. He loves going there, and is so excited when we arrive in the morning. And by the end of the day he's pooped from playing. Highly recommend!

WAG West LA is the absolute best! I've been bringing my dog Koda here for years, and trust them implicitly. Every time I drop Koda off, he runs to the door and can't wait to go in. I feel so at ease knowing he's happy while I'm at work. Huge thank you to Tiffany, Antoinette, and all the staff there! You truly go above and beyond, and I appreciate your kindness and care of Koda, so much.

You cannot ask for a more loving, attentive and talented staff! From their dog behaviorists Tiffany Becky and Bella to their onsite trainer, Juan this company cares about delivering the highest level of care for our puppies - why?
