Absolute best place to board your dog! The 24/7 pickup time is extremely convenient, this location has tons of parking, and the staff is always extremely friendly. The favorite place for my pup and I!

Wag Hotels has been a godsend. They offer many services, from puppy daycare, boarding, and grooming, to name a few. Wag Hotels allows me, as a busy professional, to experience the joy of pet ownership without compromising the safety, developmental, and emotional well-being of my pet. I absolutely LOVE Wag Hotels. I decided one Sunday night to go to a movie and I could not find any daycare open past 7 or 8pm! I came across WAG Hotels and their daycare ends at midnight. Plus the first two visits are free and I could book last minute. Everyone was so friendly and my pup was taken great care of. Thank you WAGS you will always be at the top of my list!

Justin Way, the manager at Wags Hotel, truly cares about the integrity of his business and takes the time to answer any and all questions patiently ans excitedly. He is personable, makes me feel comfortable with the environment you are leaving your dog in and keeps you updated on the interactions and new friends your dog is meeting with pictures and memories.

I did not give the right amount of stars on my last post. I want everyone to know Carson Southbay is the best place to take your pet. Regardless, the service required for your pet. They have you covered from bathing, boarding, and daycare. I maybe leaving something out so give them a call if your pet needs a friend.

My pup and I love Wag! We do the all-day play package, making it convenient for me to drop him off before work and pick him up around 7pm. The employees are very respectful and clearly care about my pup. Britney and Justin have been especially great, always remembering my pups name and are extremely personable. I love that they have the wagcam so I can check up on my pup throughout the day and watch him play with all of the other dogs! I have been leaving my dog with a man in his home for the last 9-10 years since he was a puppy but have recently discovered this amazing placed WAG HOTELS! My dog loved it! The people are so kind and thoughtful and patient. I went on a 2 week trip anad had absolutely no qualms about leaving my dog there for the entire time. He was happy and had no problem just walking off with the sweet attendant as soon as we arrived. Gallina's site site inspection at the Wag Hotel & Spa. Emaculate Accommodations. This Malibu suite includes: a full size bed, nightly story books, smart TV, music & toys. Large play area, in house kitchen & laundry facilities, training room. General Manager Justin is is a great tour guide. Gallina approves!
