Our golden retriever, Enzo, has been coming here since he was a puppy! Great staff and the wag cam gives you a peace of mind as well, when you can just jump in and see your dog having fun ;)
I had a good experience with wag. I originally came in for a dog grooming and originally it didn't meet my expectations, I called in and the manager Justin was super helpful and made it right. The customer service is great and now I'm going to make wag my primary groomer! Thank you for listening and being customer and pup first.
In May, I moved to LA with my 6 month old puppy who had never been alone for more than 3 hours. I received my work assignment and had an evening to find a place for him to go for my 14 hour shift the next day. Jasper has been going there everyday I work since. Each person greets Jasper by name and he is excited to stay, so much so, I wondered if he preferred them to me. Manager Rhoda reached out to me and put my mind at ease about a lot of things. She assured me that she personally gave him his pill, fed him, hung out with him and watched a movie, and read a bedtime story. I feel immensely better about his time there knowing this. She also gave me the direct line to call the next time I want to make a reservation, which I will definitely use because nothing about the online booking process went smoothly. We love the Wag hotel. It is such a comfortable feeling when we leave our dog Chase here. We don't have to worry about how he is being treat. He always comes home with a smile and it is fun that we can check in on him through the cameras in the play room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean The manager Justin steps in if ever there is an issue, which is rare, and comes up with a resolution that makes us happy. Very easy to talk to and quick to respond. I just wanted to really compliment Hannah at the Wag Hotel. She has excellent customer service skills. She listens well and understood my concerns. I felt so much better after speaking with her. I called Wag Hotel West LA in a fluster because I needed to find a cat hotel and only had 4 days left. I spoke with the sweetest girl Hannah who assured me that my baby would be in good hands, she made the reservation for me no problem and answered all of my questions. She happened to be working when I dropped him off on way to the airport running late and she did everything possible to make sure I didn't miss my flight and that my boy was well taken care of. We adopted our dog, Roo, in November 2019, right before the lockdown. Luckily we were able to do some training with him, but no socialization for a good year and a half. I was worried about taking him to daycare because I had no idea how he would react around other dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that his experience at Wags has made him a more social dog on our walks. Daycare does help with overall socialization in dogs, and bringing them more frequently helps to create a consistent routine that eventually does result in improved demeanor. Wag was recommended by our sitter and I tried it as soon as our sitter started to need a break or vacation herself. I have two pups and one is super skittish. Thankfully, my other pup is such a protector and helps her sister all the time. The daycare is clean and staff are very friendly.
