Our puppy Bertie loves all day play here. What's nice is that the next day she's so calm and likes to relax all day so it really helps us out When we work from home.

Hello Jay! Nothing quite wears a puppy out like play with other dogs! You can walk them for miles and they still want to play fetch or tug-o-war when you get home. But let them wrestle with other canine friends for a few hours and it's snooze time. I just got a say how much I am so grateful this place exists I'm an actress and I'm always on the go and this place is perfect And convenience. Plus I just found out That they moved the all day play time till noon which is amazing and the people are always so nice there are two girls there that my puppy really loves Tiffany and Shay And he's usually acts stand off to people who he's not really familiar with. We had to board our indoor/outdoor cat here when we had our house tented a year ago. It's taken us a while to write this review not for any other reason than we're busy. We can't say enough how incredible this place is. They took twice daily calls from us as we were out of state. Our cat was in such shock having to be boarded that she refused to eat and so the staff fed her by hand multiple times a day for several days. After a careful search for our dog's Daycare, we chose the Wag Hotel. And we don't regret it. Wag's staff are very attentive and treat our Ivy with great affection. Juan,the trainer, has been teaching Ivy several commands to helping her improve herself and we are very happy with it . We feel comfortable to let her at Wag , cause we know they are doing very well I strongly recommend Wag Hotel !!! And congratulations to the whole team!

I take my dog here for all day play and boarding and I can't say enough good things about this place! My dog loves it and they take such great care of him. They love him like their own. Highly recommend!!
My Min Pin Zoe spends many days in All Day Play when I am at work. The staff is always excited to see her. They love Zoe. I trust them. I highly recommend Wag Hotel

Wag hotel West LA is awesome. My dog, Leia has been going there for the past two years. The staff are very nice and attentive. You can tell that they really care about animals. Back in 2018 we went on a vacation for three weeks and we boarded our dog at Wag. She caught a kennel cough and they called us right right away and offered to take her to the vet. Thank you so much Wag hotels (West Hollywood) for taking care of my two fur babies! It was our first time using Wag Hotels as a boarding facility for my two toy poodles, and having experienced other boarding hotels, we were really scared/anxious/worried about how the experience would be for my two dogs.
