Just used Wag for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the front who helped us check out, he clearly really cares about the fur babies and after staying only a single night, our baby Riley (Slayden) was clearly attached to him. His attitude and actual customer service are also absolutely top-notch. Riley stayed in one of the top end suites. There's only a few of those in particular, so reserve as far in advance as you can! I absolutely love Wags Hotel! My dog and I are greeted with a smile from the staff every time we walk in. They are now familiar with us from our frequent visits and he gets excited every time I pull in their parking lot. I love the services that are available and the activities for the dogs.

I've been bringing my puppy Ozzy here since he was able to come, they're always so sweet and so excited to see him and treat him amazing. They even called to let me know when his little puppy teeth fell out. I live in Orange County and would rather drive here than go anywhere else

So far, so cute!! I boarded my Australian Shepherd for a night for the first time and Miguel behind the counter was really helpful and happy to check him in and set us up with the room. It's really cool that you can view your pup's room with the Petzi camera too! It seems like everyone who works there are so in love with their dogs, so I feel super comfortable that my baby is in good hands!

My experience with Wag has been positive during each visit. I've brought my pup Gale here a few times, and each visit has been great! What's been really helpful for me is that Wag is open 24 hours. This allows for flexibility in dropping off my pup, which has been super helpful. I don't have to worry about scheduling an overnight stay after hours, like with some other pet boarding places. We have taken our puppy to Wag since he was 6mo old. Their outdoor area looks so fun for the dogs! They have great customer service - attentive, welcoming staff. Love the photos they take of the dogs that can be viewed by the pawrents in their app. The photo of our pup even came with comments on how he is doing. We especially want to thank Miguel, who always takes the time to ensure our pup is getting everything he needs & reassures us pawrents have nothing to worry about! We are so happy to have found Wag!

Even though I haven't used them as much as I have in the past ( I moved so it's not convenient as it use to be) they always take care of my dog. She's is completely wiped out.

I used wag recently to board my 7month female puppy For a few days. She had so much fun playing with other dogs and got home exhausted and calm. At pick up, I was given a verbal report on how she played, interacted with other dogs and how/when she ate. They are open 24 hours which was very helpful if I had any questions after hours.

Took my dog Indiana to the Carson Wag Hotel. First off very clean establishment. The staff was awesome! Very attentive, gave me a tour, and explained everything very well. Indiana had his first daycare day today which was free and loved it. He will be joing the Wag family on a permanent basis.
