The best! I first went in for a tour before bringing my furbaby and they were so welcoming and made sure to answer all of my questions. This is his first time being away from home, I was at ease dropping him off knowing he's in good hands!
My family and I absolutely LOVE Wag Hotel here in Carson! We trust them with both of our fur babies when we go on trips that don't allow us to bring them with us. I love that we've found a place like Wag that we can trust to keep our pups safe while we're away, especially when we get to use the Camera feature in the Wag app. Manager Tiffany is awesome and ensures our reservations are exactly what we need to accommodate our pups Athena & Ace enjoy their stays here every time!

This place was recommended to me and so I went on-line to book a boarding for our dog. Being that our vacation was nearing and hadn't got my confirmation I decided to go to the place to get confirmation, do a walk thru and I had questions. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany. This review is for Erin who makes checking in so pleasurable, it was my first time bringing in my husky and wasnt really aware of the check in process. Erin was very sweet while explaining to me the process. Im hoping my husky burns a good amount of energy but im definitely looking forward to brining my pet back here!
I dropped my dog off for grooming and 1:1 daycare and Wag hotel Carson did such a great job of making my dog feel comfortable and secure. My dog is small and often afraid of other dogs and the staff played 1:1 with him throughout the day and I returned to a happy tired out dog who also looked great from his grooming session.
Took two my dogs to get groomed and the results were amazing. My dog was ready within no time and I will continue to bring my dogs here.
I'm so grateful for Wag Hotels Carson. The hours are super flexible and convenient to take care of my Staffy. They're open 24 hours. We've been customers for almost a year and I trust every single staff member to care for my dog. Everyone is incredibly caring and professional. It's very reassuring to know that our dog is in great hands. We utilize one on one daycare because all day play is a little too intense for our dog.
