We live near LAX and there are plenty of boarding options close by, but instead drive a few more minutes to Wag Carson. We take our dog here both for boarding and daycare and are happy and, most importantly, trust that our girl is well taken care of! It's slightly pricier than other options, but you get quality and peace of mind. The facility is clean and hotel-like (unlike other places that are more like glorified warehouses). I highly recommend Wags Hotel. The 24/7 hours of operation is definitely a plus when the need to board is a must. Whether I am communicating with management, customer support and anyone within the entire staff, have been very professional, thorough, understanding and patient. I appreciate the concern with follow up calls, messages, emails, and any offers to help with my pets needs. The variety of services is awesome as well. Thank you everyone at Wags Hotel

Brought our pup here for doggy daycare back in 2021 and back again today for her first try at daystay. I love having the three daycare options to accommodate your dog's needs and a variety of room options that best fit the size and needs of your dog. We usually do all day play with the daycare but today we are trying out the daystay option, meaning the dog has a few hours of socialization then has rest time in her own private room. Wag couldn't have made me feel more at ease leaving my Stella there for day care. Their all day play day care is excellent for my energetic dog. I love being able to see what she's up to on the camera. The pup to trainer ratio is perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good daycare at a good price!

I usually get anxiety when leaving my baby anywhere, but I must say after my experience at Wag Hotels in Carson I have a different outlook on dog hotels. The check in process was super easy and thorough. The customer service was exceptional. I dealt with Tiffany the General Manager who provided a peace of mind. We will definitely be back!

We dropped off Olive for the first time and Wag it as easy as possible. We were definitely anxious to drop her off, having never left her here before, but Tiffany made it as easy as it could possibly be. She wasn't even scheduled to work that day, but saw a long line and decided to help us get through as quickly as possible. We have received several pictures of Olive since we dripped her off, and so far could not feel more comfortable leaving our baby with away. We will definitely be bringing Olive back in the future.

Wag Hotels took great care of my fur baby. Tiffany is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions which left me at ease. Miguel helped me with my registration and was very pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed watching the dogs on the cameras and the pictures they sent me of my baby at the sleepover. I highly recommend Wag Hotels for your fur baby when you unfortunately have to leave them behind.

My fur baby absolutely loves this hotel. This is an amazing place because they definitely take gods care of our pets. He stays in his own little room and you can actually create his own package any way you wish. They have day camp, spa services, play time grooming and more. This was a great find and trust me this is now the only place we take him to now. We been using this place for about a year now. Great place!!!

Wag Hotels - Carson is my go to for boarding and day care needs for my girl Luna. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. I know that my girl is well taken care of whenever here.
