I can't say enough good things about this dog hotel! My dog, Queena, has stayed here twice now, and each time she's had the best time. The staff are so warm, caring, and professional -- it's clear they truly love the dogs they look after. We've been going to Wags for years now and have had many, many interactions with staff and management at this point. What I can say is that they truly care about the pets they watch and even when we run into a question about something, they go out of their way to find a solution and communicate with us. Tiffany always does a great job grooming our puppy. We love coming to a reliable groomer who cares about our pup and takes the time to explain how each service went. Love her communication and reliability!

We had our 2 Goldendoodles groomed at the Carson location. One dog has smoother, straighter fur, one has tighter curls. Each were addressed separately by Tiffany and both look outstanding! Both were super energetic and happy and they had a noticeable difference in their well being/energy (After crashing for a couple hours). I think they were treated well, loved the outcome and I would recommend Carson Wag for grooming (we haven't boarded or done day care but the dogs looked like they were having a blast behind the glass)... read more

Our first visit to Wag in Carson, was such a pleasure! I am a big Wag fan! (Our home location is Sacramento), Every single staff member I encountered who worked 9/4 and 9/6 morning, was literally AMAZING! No words, they were so nice, and I am grateful for that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely were so good to us! Their location is clean and they truly went above and beyond for our stay. We will definitely be back here!

I have a mini-goldendoodle who does not enjoy being trimmed near her face... but Tiffany did an amazing job with her, and was able to clean her up very well in the areas others have struggled. Tiffany gave her the cutest most precious short summer cut. We are definitely coming back!!

Left my dog there for 8 days while on vacation. I was apprehensive because we had never boarded him anywhere before. We received a photo of him every day which was reassuring as I could see him running and playing and could tell he was having a good time. The staff is so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Kim and Ashley. Will definitely bring my fur baby back. In fact, I am looking to bring him to daycare there.

He loves it! Ever since I started bringing my dog to Wag Hotels, the experience has been outstanding. The staff are highly competent, friendly, and patient, which immediately gives me confidence in the care my dog receives.
