My litlle Yorkie Tali, loves this place. She is always excited to come. Wheter is day care or boarding, we always receive pictures and a report. I know Tali is not that pet friendly but the Wag crew is always sure she is safe and had a good time.

Wag Hotels is the absolute best! I may never forgive my parents for picking me up so early. The staff treats me like absolute royalty here. I got belly rubs on demand, endless attention, playtime with new friends, and enough treats to make me question whether I should permanently relocate. My pups love coming here whenever we have to travel or get busy with work. I'm always confident they'll be safe, and every staff member I have interacted with has been consistently helpful. For example, I had to call in for a last-minute reservation, and Michelle was incredibly friendly and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure our furry family members had a fun, safe place to stay while we took care of business.

This hotel is great. Love that they have camera access on the app. I love getting updates on my frenchie. The staff here is great and caring. Will definitely be back.

Wags is an excellent choice! The rep Michelle was great! It was my first time ever taking my fur baby to dog daycare and was initially nervous. Michelle helped erase all of my nerves away. She explained everything to me and understood my concerns. She walked through what the day would be like for my pup. I enjoyed my experience with Wags hotel and if all of the staff are anything like Michelle my fur baby is in great hands!!! Thank you Michelle and Wags Hotel!!

We have left our puppy with Wag day care several times and once overnight. Recently, our puppy hurt her leg (not at Wag), so we wanted to be very careful with an all-day play day, and decided on a limited play day this coming May. My daughter and I will be out of the city and cannot take our puppy with us, so we decided to call Wag.
