WAGS hotel was so great with our TOA boy! Kept him there for 1 night and they took such great care for him. We usually take him with us when we go out of town, but this time we decided to let him stay and had fun since we were going to Temecula to the wineries and I knew he would be bored. Love how they send updates with pictures, the option of specialized care for those that wouldn't feel comfortable for their pets to interacts with other dogs just to be safe, and the easy access of booking. My 2 little girls (mini schnauzers) had such a great time. We were able to watch them during their play time and they looked so happy. I can tell that they had fun and made new friends! We found a new place for them to Socialize for sure!

Wag Hotel has been incredible for our dogs, Chuck and Truffle. We're extremely happy with the level of care they receive every time they stay. I can't say enough good things about this dog hotel! My dog, Queena, has stayed here twice now, and each time she's had the best time. The staff are so warm, caring, and professional -- it's clear they truly love the dogs they look after. We had our 2 Goldendoodles groomed at the Carson location. One dog has smoother, straighter fur, one has tighter curls. Each were addressed separately by Tiffany and both look outstanding! Both were super energetic and happy and they had a noticeable difference in their well being/energy (After crashing for a couple hours). I think they were treated well, loved the outcome and I would recommend Carson Wag for grooming (we haven't boarded or done day care but the dogs looked like they were having a blast behind the glass)... read more
