We have taken our dogs, to the Wag, more times than I can remember, although, it is across town. Well worth the short drive. Every time has been absolutely perfect. I was able to see my dogs, playing on video and loved that. Any tie I called to check on them, I was able to speak to a knowledgeable person, who seemed like they knew exactly who they were. We love wag! We have boarded with Wag since they opened. Our current pup, Bailey, is 5 years old and before Covid she would go to wag 2x a week on average for all day play. Although her visits have dramatically slowed down since 3/2020 she is still loved and remembered every time she visits. We love and appreciate everyone and many who have been there for so many years with us. Groomers are great too! We don't know what we would do without you guys! We are going to try kitty boarding soon!

I have come here so far for all day play and for one grooming service and let me say W.O.W. I was so impressed with the customer service from the get go. (Specifically Nicole & Catie at the front desk!!!) I am a nervous dog mom and have a nervous pandemic puppy, and the employees at wag made me and my pooch feel at ease. Needed to board my 10 year old pug for the week and after a lot of research I decided Wag was my top contender. She had never been boarded in a traditional boarding facility but after her stay with Wag if she needs to be boarded again we'll definitely bring here here. Upon walking into the facility it was clean and inviting. The staff made me feel comfortable about leaving her there. We discussed her feeding and medication schedule. If you love your dog (or kitty) then WAG is the place to go! Whether it's All Day Play, an over-nighter, or a longer stay- you & your fur baby will be treated like family. Our dog Millie is 80+pounds - 3 1/2yrs. old. Sometimes, she has a lot of energy, but there are days when she's mellow. The handlers sense it and then, she hangs with the smaller pups. We own a belgian malinois, if you don't know what that means, they are literally a terror. This WAG (and all other locations) does an incredible job taking care of our sweet Kimber..despite her ridiculous antics. They spoil her rotten and just love her to death...we never have to worry when she is there because we know she is in good hands. Kimber loves her friends at the West Sac Wag!!

To start with the positive, they are very caring to the animals and I have Anyways has a great experience with the all day play. I even saw a groomer try to comfort a dog that was anxious while they were waiting in a crate. I only give this place 3 stars because I would not use their grooming services again. They do an okay job just it's not up to my standers. I have had my dog groomed here twice. The first time the hair cut looked great and my dog smelled amazing. I recently boarded our family dog at Wag Hotel. This was our sweet Yorkie's first time being boarded. Our family and sweet Ace had anxiety over the thought of being separated from him. Ace is an indoor dog that has not been socialized with other dogs. Wag Hotel came highly recommended so we decided to give them a try. Harry and I want to recognize Brianna as an excellent Groomer! Harry has come to see her 3 times now for his Grooming needs. He's the cutest Havanese and Briana makes him look even cuter!! As a pup new to Grooming, Brianna has welcomed Harry and does everything she can to make him comfortable and enjoy his Grooming experience. She communicates with me before and after each grooming.
