Nothing but great things to say about Wag! We're new to the boarding game, but after trying this location a few times now...there's no doubt this is the way to go. Staff communication is excellent (they could tell me right away how my cat or dog was doing!), facilities are clean, and checking in/out is so easy. It helps that everyone working there seems to really enjoy what they do. This is a very clean and nice location. We keep our dogs here whenever we are going away. They have varying price ranges depending on what your price range is. My dogs always seem happy here and the staff make a visible effort to keep your fur babies happy and healthy.

every time I mention going to the Wag Hotels my dog gets so excited. She is a 7 pound Chihuahua who does not have much experience hanging out with other dogs and when I take her there for grooming and a play date she looks sad when I pick her up. The staff there always gives me so much feedback on how she did and I've never felt more comfortable leaving my dog in another person scare! We will be repeat customers for quite some time!

Overall I was happy with my cat Leia's stay here at wags for about two nights, three days. I feel that the pricing here is fair, especially when food is included if the one you bring runs out. My cat Leia is a rescue cat, and is almost a year old now. She does not prefer new places she isn't familiar with. As expected she was nervous when being brought into wags, but when I picked her up she seemed to be in good spirits and was clearly well taken care of. I would recommend short-term stays here. The one place I know and I trust that my pretty girl is well taken care of when away! I absolutely LOATHE being away from my Nova Bear whose an 7 year old Akita Mix, especially when I go out of town. I'm always thinking of her, what could she be doing, is she okay, did she eat and list goes on..... I always knew Wag would be the place I board my back then in my mind imaginary future dog. We have taken our dogs, to the Wag, more times than I can remember, although, it is across town. Well worth the short drive. Every time has been absolutely perfect. I was able to see my dogs, playing on video and loved that. Any tie I called to check on them, I was able to speak to a knowledgeable person, who seemed like they knew exactly who they were. We love wag! We have boarded with Wag since they opened. Our current pup, Bailey, is 5 years old and before Covid she would go to wag 2x a week on average for all day play. Although her visits have dramatically slowed down since 3/2020 she is still loved and remembered every time she visits. We love and appreciate everyone and many who have been there for so many years with us. Groomers are great too! We don't know what we would do without you guys! We are going to try kitty boarding soon!

I have come here so far for all day play and for one grooming service and let me say W.O.W. I was so impressed with the customer service from the get go. (Specifically Nicole & Catie at the front desk!!!) I am a nervous dog mom and have a nervous pandemic puppy, and the employees at wag made me and my pooch feel at ease. Needed to board my 10 year old pug for the week and after a lot of research I decided Wag was my top contender. She had never been boarded in a traditional boarding facility but after her stay with Wag if she needs to be boarded again we'll definitely bring here here.
