We have THE TOP service every time we go to Wag. Jerad, our groomer, goes above and BEYOND to make sure our girls are safe and secure. He is the ultimate! I trust Wag and especially Jerad!

Our 4 month puppy came in contact with the kennel cough from there. It was her first time doing the all day play. I believe she might of been over stimulated with that many other dogs. Sharing 2 to 3 water dish in a play area with over 15 dogs might of been were she got her kennel cough. The place is a wonderful establishment, for your 4 legged family members. The staff are above and beyond helpful and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to bring our pup over again, but I'll wait till she builds up her immune.

I'm so grateful! Our son was really really sick and spent a whole week in the hospital at UCSF. Wag was along the way from our home to the hospital, so we showed up to drop off our two dogs really overwhelmed and worried. We had accidentally booked one of dogs incorrectly, but they were willing to work with us to fix it. Chelsea was amazing because she made us feel like our dogs were in good hands. I have been taking my pup here for 7 years. He is happy and healthy every time I pick him up. The staff at Wag treats their customers like family. I have seen some turnover in staff, but every single staff member has been a joy to interact with for both me and my whippet. Whatever their hiring and training process is it is extremely high quality.

We left our dog for the very first time at wags for 4 days. We all went on a family vacation and did not want to leave our dog with just "somebody". So I found wags and called. I spoke with Ryan Ram. The way he explained everything to me, I was convinced to leave my dog in their hands. I met Ryan in person when I went to drop Oreo (my puppy). Wag Hotels has been a great option for my dogs. I have one dog that loves to interact and play with other dogs. My other dog prefers the one on one care. WG accommodates both.

We are grateful for the Wag Hotel in West Sac. The smoke is horrible these days and I am grateful that we have a place to take Barkley that is safe and where he feels comfortable. Thanks for being there for Barkely and others. The staff is amazing, and it's always comforting to know that Barkley is in good hands and will enjoy his day. Our son's dog will be visiting next week and he is no stranger to the Wag Hotel. Luka loves to visit his friends and especially enjoys the camp experience Wag offers. Thanks, Wag Staff... read more
