My foster dog, Layla, stayed here for 5 nights. I'm extremely pleased with her stay! Each day I received an email with a photo of her! I was also contacted on her last morning, when she vomited a small bit. They also found that Layla did better with the small dogs and placed her accordingly. I was especially happy that Donovan gave Layla the extra attention she needed to make Layla comfortable. Thank you Donovan! Super patient, kind staff! My nervous 12 year old dog was at ease with the groomer, Sarah. The entire group of people working at Wag were friendly and made dropping off easy.

Today I took my large Newfoundland Hank to the Wag Hotel for grooming. They did a great job he seemed pretty happy, last week I took my other Newfoundland Luigi and he also had a good experience. The only issue is they don't let you know about the add ons so if they ask you if you want certain things done they charge you quite a bit extra and I had no idea. We have used Wag Hotel as our main kenneling service since 2021. It is such a good feeling to know our dog is in good hands when we drop him off for vacations. The front office/check-in staff are always friendly and helpful when checking him in. The handlers are very friendly and always recognize him even though we use kenneling services only 2-3 times a year. And the groomers are patient and gentle. Our dog leaves looking dapper and reluctant to leave Wag!

Wags never disappoints. The other day, there was a snag in the computer system. Chardonnay was quick in response & made sure all credit & payment was taken care of. Plus, no matter how busy they are, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face
