My dogs mean the world to me ( just ask my kids). Jax, Reece and Reina are so excited as soon as we pull up to the hotel and can't wait to get out of the car. We are all greeted by the staff in front and the staff who come and get the dogs. My dogs are happy and exhausted when I pick them up and my day is always made when I get pictures of them. I'm 1000 % satisfied with every aspect of the west sac wag hotel!

Wag Hotels in West Sacramento has been a wonderful retreat for my dog Bella! She typically attends all-day play and has boarded a few times. She is always happy when we pull-up to Wag and I feel good knowing she is safe and well cared for. The pet handlers are wonderful and all greet Bella when we come into the lobby! I high recommend!

My pack enjoys the doggy day care. Help them be socialize as well. Staff are friendly and inviting. Also inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Bowie loves it when he gets to go to Wags Hotel. When mama goes on Vacation so does Bowie and he can't wait for the next getaway. Sometimes he gets to play with his cousin Otis .
Shout out to Valeria in the grooming department. Today, Valeria groomed my Lab. She gave her a bath which in itself is an accomplishment Ipsy is that weird water dog that doesn't like water. She went above and beyond and even got a silly picture of my dog being that cute confused beast that she is. Also, shout out to Jared who is always down to give her a random claw trim when Ipsy decides that everyone needs to be stabbed.
Nicole is great and our dog loves her, the place to get a good grooming at a fair price
Outstanding grooming department! My experience is with Nicole but if she were on vacation I would get my dog groomed by any of their West Sacramento staff.
Outstanding! This place is clean, has the nicest, friendliest staff, and they really care about your animals! We have cats and we can tell that they really take excellent care of them while they're there! Staff customer service goes above and beyond! Took my 2 year old Akita in for a bath and brushing. Ariana did such an amazing job de-shedding my fur baby. She looks and smells great. Don't let me forget to add, the shedding is gone. I will definitely be requesting Ariana again for future trips to get a bath.
