Love you Wags!!! Staff is so amazing. We have boarded our German Shepherd here twice now. He loves all day play and does not miss us at all when staying here. The groomers are amazing and honestly so good

My 1st time going. It's a Clean location. All staff very nice. Took my dog for grooming. I Will use for day & overnight boarding. Love the activities they provide.

This is one place I know and trust that my dog is well taken care of when I am away. I also boarded my dog, Bailey for 3 days while I was at a wedding and she was so well taken care of. West Sacramento Wag has been amazing each and every time Bailey has stayed. They are very accommodating when it comes to drop off which is amazing. Checking in and out is always quick and customer service is amazing. The place is huge and roomy for dogs to enjoy their time.

The manager Charlotte reached out to me to go over my issues. We discussed in length the problems. She came up with a solution for his food that I was happy with. She made things right and took my complaints seriously. Going to give them another try with my dog.

Wag hotels is such a wonderful place for your fur baby. They definitely exceeded my expectations and really do a great job taking care of my dog while I'm at work. He seems to enjoy himself there and it gives him an opportunity to interact with the other pups.

I cannot say enough good things about wags. Especially if you have a good dog. They really like their regular customers, take the time to get to know you and your pup.

Nothing but great things to say about Wag! We're new to the boarding game, but after trying this location a few times now...there's no doubt this is the way to go. Staff communication is excellent (they could tell me right away how my cat or dog was doing!), facilities are clean, and checking in/out is so easy. It helps that everyone working there seems to really enjoy what they do. There was one stay when my dog's harness went missing, but the manager Ryan was quick to help get us a replacement (and bonus monkey toy!). Than... read more

This is a very clean and nice location. We keep our dogs here whenever we are going away. They have varying price ranges depending on what your price range is. My dogs always seem happy here and the staff make a visible effort to keep your fur babies happy and healthy.

every time I mention going to the Wag Hotels my dog gets so excited. She is a 7 pound Chihuahua who does not have much experience hanging out with other dogs and when I take her there for grooming and a play date she looks sad when I pick her up. The staff there always gives me so much feedback on how she did and I've never felt more comfortable leaving my dog in another person scare! We will be repeat customers for quite some time!
