Wag are the best, kindest, most thoughtful people! They literally came to our rescue!!! My partner and I got stranded on the east coast due to terrible thunderstorms that caused our flight home to get cancelled. Our dog-sitter wasn't able to watch our very active and playful 3-year old pup because she had another appointment. I actually use Wag Hotel Redwood City, and have had generally good experiences with them. My dogs come back happy and healthy, and sometimes seem (almost) disappointed that I'm back. Earlier today, I had some issues with bookings due to vaccine uploads on my end, and one of the operators at this location, Sasha, was able to resolve it for me quickly and get it rebooked and sorted within 10 minutes. Thanks again, Sasha!

My first review I gave Wags a 2 star review in regards to my reservation and Wags canceling my reservation after I had been approved. The customer service rep at the beginning of this debacle didn't explain to me why the cancellation. I called again to see if anything changed. Ahhh to be a rich persons dog. That is my chosen reincarnation for the next life. I had an important appointment in Sacramento so I took my dogs to all day play and man this place is great! I have two quarantine one year old dogs with bad separation anxiety and I dropped them off and they didn't even look back. Picked them up and they were super happy I could tell they had a great time. Wag is great. Hawaii here I come

Cal's 4th visit (2nd at Wag Sacramento). Cal (breed: border collie/australian cattle dog) loves the memory foam mattresses in the deluxe suites - lol. I've tried him in the standard rooms and he definitely has a preference lol! Lots of all-day play activities with his tail-wagging friends so it's nice to have him a little tuckered out by the time we get him home. Thanks Wag Sacramento

Love this place. Found it by accident while trying to find boarding for my Yorkie. The staff is super friendly and personable. The take care of my puppy and I feel completely comfortable leaving him here. I have only used the daycare but I'm sure boarding is great too. Definitely recommend!!!

Hello T.S. Our day care is available everyday, even on weekends and holidays. We are open 24 hours so we are staffed at all times, this makes dropping your fur baby off and picking them up even easier.
Natalie is amazing! I pick up my pup from wag multiple evenings during the week, and she is very sweet and very personable. My dog loves her!

5 stars is for WAG employee Alissa. She is hands down amazing. We have boarded our dogs and have done all day play multiple times and Alissa is always the one to help me make our reservations and ensure my pups are well taken care of. She keeps me well informed with all the information a dog mom would want, she is super helpful, nice, and pleasant to talk too.
