I recently boarded our family dog at Wag Hotel. This was our sweet Yorkie's first time being boarded. Our family and sweet Ace had anxiety over the thought of being separated from him. Ace is an indoor dog that has not been socialized with other dogs. Wag Hotel came highly recommended so we decided to give them a try. Harry and I want to recognize Brianna as an excellent Groomer! Harry has come to see her 3 times now for his Grooming needs. He's the cutest Havanese and Briana makes him look even cuter!! As a pup new to Grooming, Brianna has welcomed Harry and does everything she can to make him comfortable and enjoy his Grooming experience. She communicates with me before and after each grooming. Harry and I would highly recommend Brianna for all your grooming needs!!!

I would like to recognize Nicole at wag hotels she is absolutely amazing and a joy. I called today to follow up on a situation for my pets last stay. she remembered who I was and it was at least three weeks ago, was able to help me in more ways than one . she is an asset to wags and because of her I give them five stars Nicole is absolutely a star.

I have been using the Wag for boarding almost 10 years now. My Angus always came home healthy and happy. The last year of his life he was on a special diet and took medicine - the staff at Wag did a great job making sure he got everything he needed including lots of buddy time. He crossed over the rainbow bridge in November so new puppy Miss Paisley joined our family. I had never tried the day care but thought it would be great for high energy Paisley. I wanted to leave another review because I received excellent help from Natalie. We were leaving before a trip and we needed a place for the dogs to stay. Wag was all booked, but Natalie worked with us on the wait-list. It's really refreshing to have a front desk staff that you feel will help you any way they can. I get that feeling from Wag and specifically Natalie. Thanks wag and Natalie. We're big fans.

Wag are the best, kindest, most thoughtful people! They literally came to our rescue!!! My partner and I got stranded on the east coast due to terrible thunderstorms that caused our flight home to get cancelled. Our dog-sitter wasn't able to watch our very active and playful 3-year old pup because she had another appointment. Not only did Wag find a way to extend his all-day play session to an overnight stay with another day of all-day play but they also kicked in some food. Amazing! Take your pup's to Wag. I actually use Wag Hotel Redwood City, and have had generally good experiences with them. My dogs come back happy and healthy, and sometimes seem (almost) disappointed that I'm back. Earlier today, I had some issues with bookings due to vaccine uploads on my end, and one of the operators at this location, Sasha, was able to resolve it for me quickly and get it rebooked and sorted within 10 minutes. Thanks again, Sasha!

My first review I gave Wags a 2 star review in regards to my reservation and Wags canceling my reservation after I had been approved. The customer service rep at the beginning of this debacle didn't explain to me why the cancellation. I called again to see if anything changed. And the customer representative went out of her way to explain the situation and the mix up. I appreciated the explanation because the previous customer service reps just gave me the run around. Ahhh to be a rich persons dog. That is my chosen reincarnation for the next life. I had an important appointment in Sacramento so I took my dogs to all day play and man this place is great! I have two quarantine one year old dogs with bad separation anxiety and I dropped them off and they didn't even look back. Picked them up and they were super happy I could tell they had a great time. Wag is great. Hawaii here I come
