Outstanding! This place is clean, has the nicest, friendliest staff, and they really care about your animals! We have cats and we can tell that they really take excellent care of them while they're there! Staff customer service goes above and beyond! Took my 2 year old Akita in for a bath and brushing. Ariana did such an amazing job de-shedding my fur baby. She looks and smells great. Don't let me forget to add, the shedding is gone. I will definitely be requesting Ariana again for future trips to get a bath.

I have been taking my pup here for 7 years. He is happy and healthy every time I pick him up. The staff at Wag treats their customers like family. I have seen some turnover in staff, but every single staff member has been a joy to interact with for both me and my whippet. Whatever their hiring and training process is it is extremely high quality. I would like to edit this review to highlight Miguel, Nikki, Summer, Chardonnay, Chelsea and the rest of the staff who all go above and beyond.

I have been bringing my bichon frise dog to Nicole for grooming well over a year now. When we arrive, Nicole always comes out to greet us and Diva goes right to her. Nicole does a great job grooming her and Diva always comes away from her appointment looking beautiful. Nicole is always on time also and finishes on time. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to be safe and well groomed.

Got my Yorkie Lola girl in today to see Quinn for a full spa package with additional services added on. I was happy to make an appointment online; it was quick and easy. They got me an appointment with a short notice. The appointment took about 3 hours and Lola came out looking (and smelling) like a whole new pup. We can't wait to be back!

We have THE TOP service every time we go to Wag. Jerad, our groomer, goes above and BEYOND to make sure our girls are safe and secure. He is the ultimate! I trust Wag and especially Jerad!

Our 4 month puppy came in contact with the kennel cough from there. It was her first time doing the all day play. I believe she might of been over stimulated with that many other dogs. Sharing 2 to 3 water dish in a play area with over 15 dogs might of been were she got her kennel cough. The place is a wonderful establishment, for your 4 legged family members. The staff are above and beyond helpful and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to bring our pup over again, but I'll wait till she builds up her immune.

I'm so grateful! Our son was really really sick and spent a whole week in the hospital at UCSF. Wag was along the way from our home to the hospital, so we showed up to drop off our two dogs really overwhelmed and worried. We had accidentally booked one of dogs incorrectly, but they were willing to work with us to fix it. Chelsea was amazing because she made us feel like our dogs were in good hands.
