Justin was here to do my yearly cleaning and tuneup. He explained everything to me. He didn’t find any problems, which is always nice to hear. He was so personable and a smiling pleasant technician. I would recommend Carpenter and Smith to everyone.

Two of my boilers in different locations were recently tuned up by one of their techs name Travis-688. He was a true professional, humble and pleasant throughout and took pride on the job he did. He even found an issue with one the flutes which was causing the boiler to soot, and he repaired it with no questions asked and I commend and Mr. Travis for a job well done. Employees like Mr. Travis is hard to find, and Wallace Oil is lucky to have him. I will from now on request Mr. Travis to tune up my boilers on all my accounts.... read more

Our service rep from Wallace , Dante 683 . was right on time which was greatly appreciated. Advised us as to what was going on and suggested we add a cleaner to our tank which was great. When he was finished, he went over our furnaces specs - all good - .Everything was cleaned up after the tune up and would highly recommend Dante . Wallace has had our backs for many years now, thanks !
