They're the best. That's all around. I am forever grateful for them. The customer service is warm, attentive and professional, great staff. The Vet's all have fantastic "bedside" manners (especially my dog's vet the lovely Dr. O'Byrne! (sp?)

This place is a truly amazing veterinary hospital. On Sunday, I brought my very sick 15 year old cat to the hospital after a quick phone call without any appointment. They were able to see me right away. My cat has been sick for the last month. I reside in westchester but my boyfriend lives around the corner from the hospital so she comes down for the weekends. I had brought my cat to a place in westchester about a month ago that I thought I trusted. However, their service was nothing compared to what I experienced here. ... read more

Very knowledgeable staff. My French bulldog had an emergency c-section and dr mccready and the rest of the staff were exemplary before during and after the pups were born. You are in good hands I highly recommend west village vet!

This vet is top notch. They go above and beyond. Friendly and helpful. Dr. McCready is a saint. Can't say enough about how well she has helped me handle every situation with my various pets from illnesses. Sadly saying goodbye humanely and with care and now helping me prepare my new puppy for the world. The nicest staff ever. Extremely supportive and they even send updates and advice and have meet ups and programs to help you with your animals. Information is key and there is no lack of communication with these people.

I walk past this hospital several times a week but it has taken me since February to sit down and write thank you to Dr. Lee and the entire staff of this place. The gentleness and kindness with which you treated my dear cat Cannonball of 16 years and subsequently had to have put to rest was so appreciated. I miss my dear pet but I am so grateful to have had a staff of people who actually cared both about the pet and me and took time to handle the entire situation with compassion and love. Thank you ever so much.

I love coming to this hospital. The interior looks spacious, clean and very organized. The staff's service is very helpful and fast. Not once did I have to wait over 10 minutes, except for when my dog was doing a procedure. All the vets were very helpful and attentive to all of the problems my dog had. Also, their prices for medications are maybe slightly cheaper than other hospitals and clinics around this area. West Village Veterinary Hospital doesn't sell Hartguard anymore which cost around $60 for 12 months medication. I... read more

This place is organized, clean, and with a friendly knowledgable staff. What was most important was how they handled my precious dog with care and love. Sometimes it's hard for dogs to be handled by strangers and they knew exactly what they were doing to make my dog feel comfortable and at ease. It's only been my first visit, but my Teddy and I will definitely come back and make this our regular place

This is the nicest veterinary practice I've ever been. The staff are very friendly and the doctors are all compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. They provide excellent care.
