I have used Dr. O'Byrne for many years and she is an excellent vet. My cats like her too! The office is open seven days a week and they have good facilities for keeping an animal hospitalized. The staff is excellent and everyone appears to love animals.

Doctors are great, the only negative last time I had to wait 1hr to have them checked. I was told there was an emergency and they were running behind. I guess it happens. Next time I would just appreciate a call so I can plan accordingly.

This is been Kitty Chaos Vet since his first Doctor visit and i think they are wonderful, extremely helpful and very sweet to their patients. Also they are great will all traveling arrangements so i take my cat everywhere i go.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Sarah McCready as she is very knowledgable and great with my two cats, Amour and Magic who are brothers. She is also very good with me as she knew my Mom was sick and asked me about her. Unfortunately, she passed away this summer. My cats have been very helpful to me in having them around. After their annual visit recently, I now know they are healthy and trust Dr. McCready 100%! Thanks very much! Lisa

I am so lucky to have wvvh so close to home. I wouldn't think of taking my cats anywhere else. The facility is clean. The staff goes above and beyond. Dr. McCready is amazing. You can tell that she really cares about you and you furry family members. If you are looking for a place that treats your pet like a family member, look no further.

She has been treating both my cat and dog for a while now and every single visit, she provides the best possible advice and treatment. West Village Vet Hospital is fantastic. From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming, professional and very knowledgable. Our puppy ate something bad and became very ill, very quickly. We found that the WV hospital was one of the only places in the neighborhood open in the evening on a Sunday. They were great getting everything ready for my puggle to make a move to Hawaii without a quarantine. After a very busy, disruptive year and a house move, well more than a year had passed since my very senior kitty's previous checkup. And his face was swelling.
