Bessie My casement windows are over 5 years. They are in good condition. One window lock was broken by accident this summer. I was able to get the window lock replaced. The customer service from Chris is very professional and efficient. The product quality is good. I recommend the product. I would give 20 stars for the customer service. Thumbs up.

Parts Replacement Purchased windows and patio doors through a contractor over 10 years ago. No issues with the product over that time however, through normal wear/tear and weather conditions, I am looking to replace the weather stripping on the patio screen doors. Window Clip Replacement on Single Hung Windows We contacted window city to repair / replace the broken window clips from our single hung windows - they would open, but not stay up - and they would fall into the room (one had already broken). Window city confirmed that they do the repair and the price for a tech to come onsite was very reasonable. Exceptional service We first came across Window City 6 years ago when we purchased our windows and patio doors. At the time we experienced exceptional service and competitive pricing. No different than 6 years ago, Window City continues to provide exceptional service. We just reached out for some weatherstripping that needed to be replaced and they promptly provided the weatherstripping at no cost . Chris and his team were once again exceptional. Thank you!!!

Window Repair Thanks to Chris in the service department who scheduled a service call to repair a window that was inoperable due to the spring being uncoiled. We had 8 windows installed that were manufactured by Windowcity, and just recently realized that one was not working as it should. It may have been a little past the warranty period, but Chris was good to help me in having this repair done. New Window Installation Starting from the initial sales appointment to finished installation, Window City was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure. The salesman made great suggestions as to what style, such as casement or double hung etc and which to install at each location for full use and benefit. The installers where quick and very efficient, many years later they still function as the same day installed. Would gladly purchase again.
