After 2 days of working over the phone with Conner Lewis, one of the salesmen, we were finally able to get numbers finalized so I could get financing taken care of by my Credit Union. Talked to Alfredo in sales and was sent a picture of the KBB value of my trade in, was told that I would be given a certain amount for my trade as long my trade was in as good of condition as I told them it was. This is my second visit with my Ford 150 Lightning. Again, I was not met by a representative until 7 minutes arriving in the service bay. During this visit I discoverd that during my first visit that my tires were not rotated at 10K miles, because I was not given any written document of the work completed. There service department will rip you off and charge you for 3 times the labor that it should take for a job. Do not use them!

Absolutely horrible experience. Falsified information when we purchased our vehicle. They sold us a warranty and lied about the warranty they sold us. Do not do business with them!

I purchased a Bronco from this location and not only immediately found the one I really wanted way cheaper. But I have had to come get it serviced several times and the service has been horrible..I'm really thinking about going back to Dodge.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! took 4 hours to pick up my truck because my keys were locked in a techs work area and he’s the only person alive that can access it!! Pathetic!! No one even apologized!! AWFUL
