I recently was in the market to buy a used car when I came upon a Tesla Model 3 from Wyatt Johnson Ford's used inventory. I went on Saturday June 3rd and bought the vehicle with existing damage and was told the minor scrapes and dings around the vehicle would be taken care of and some the internal features would be fixed, and after purchase of the vehicle I would be a priority to the body shop. The service department is all aboard the struggle bus. Communication with them is near impossible unless you get someone’s cellphone number. I have had several 40 minute sessions with the hold music on the phone, multiple voicemails that were never answered. Warranty for life sounds great but it comes with a giant asterisk that you will have to endure phone jumanji in order to have it fulfilled and see your vehicle again. I drove 5.5 hours to get my vehicle and the Salesman was nice and met my requirements on price, but the car clearly had more wrong with it than disclosed. The bumper had been pushed in to where you couldn’t tell it was damaged and 3 of the 6 interior dome lights did not work. We did not realize this until we had made it home. I have had the worst experience dealing with Wyatt Johnson Ford the past few weeks, and the only reason I went in was because I got a letter about a recall on my vehicle. Wyatt Johnson’s service department is terrible, and I would never recommend it to anyone. They are short, rude, never answer their phones, and they will not admit their own fault. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the service at Wyatt Johnson Ford. The utter lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I had an appointment for a serious issue with my car on 3/27/23 at 9am. I spoke to someone once that afternoon (after calling 5 times) who said they didnt know what was wrong yet and would run more tests and call me back the next morning. He did not call back. I bought this new truck 2020 Ford F350 with my wife Ashkey Utzman in spring 2020. In the fall of 2021 my roof lights on the truck started leaking. I made an appointment for the lights leaking and brought the truck in. Stephanie in the body department said no problem it's warranty work. Took my husbands Ranger in over a month ago, had to call them after a week to find out what was wrong. Contacted our insurance company and they sent Wyatt Johnson a check minus deductible. Was told the truck was ready, went to get it on 3/4 however I was being charged the full amount and told the service man the insurance company paid those damages and I had been told the day before I’d only owe about $750. This is by far one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. They are dishonest and show utter disregard for their clients. Sitting in a dealership for hours being told that as soon as the finance manager would come available, he would be able to get financed and then it was all done only to find out hours later, but that’s not the case.
