The Sage’s experience is so so but the service department is horrid. They don’t communicate at all and then they’ll lie about what was done, said, needs fixed. I know this from experience and sending a vehicle in for a recall with things that I knew of to see what was lied about. Their techs don’t have a clue what they’re doing and I’d it hasn’t been a recall or vehicle never would have gone in. Was also quoted $6000 foot a job that cost me $500 in motor craft parts and about a day of my time.
Recently purchased a 2022 Lia Sportage and it came with a Ford certified warranty 3 months or 4,000 miles. It’s not worth the ink and the paper it’s written on. Not even 3,500 miles on the car and it was 3 quart slow on oil after they supposedly did their 100+ multiple point inspection. I was told they would take care of us, they lied. Although they did come to my house and completed an oil change they never responded back to me after the oil consumption test. I feel like they lied to my 21 year old daughter. I’m sharing this as a "buyer beware" for Wyatt Johnson Ford. I went in for a routine oil change and left with a $3,583 bill. Their strategy is a high-pressure tactic: they wait until your car is already in their shop and you are at home, then send automated text messages requiring quick approval for a massive "pile-on" of urgent required repairs. On March 18th, 2026, I purchased the Ford Blue advantage CPO 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor. While driving back home, I put the truck into sport mode and a reduced power mode activated saying there was an error with the 4x4 system. Pulled over and restarted the truck, seemed to be okay. The next morning my son had a high school Fishing tournament. Going up a hill returning from it, the truck goes back into reduced power mode. There were a number of scratches that needed touch up paint. The salesman kept telling me I could get it for $25 in parts. Ater closing the deal, they said parts was closed. I drove off expecting a full tank of gas, but it was 1/4. I never bought a new or used car before where the tank was not full. I had to spend $60 before I got home to fill the tank.
