RecommendedI dropped my work Explorer off on Thursday. They called and told me parts were ordered and should be ready on Friday. Sure enough called me Friday afternoon fixed!!! Great Service!!!
RecommendedThis is the place where I always get my car works done. So far I'm satisfied. Everything is done quickly and pricing is reasonable. Talking to my friends and colleagues I often hear that they have a a feeling that someone tries to add some unnecessary services to get more money out of them. Here I don't see that. If for some case I cannot schedule appointment online, I chat to representative online, someone calls me back and find a way to squeeze me to a frame of time I need.

stay away from this place. poor customer service management is absolutely terrible. idk how some of the people have positions here. including Jason Polk who claims to be a manager. Very poor management skill doesn't do what he tells customers. Sydney in service is as useless as a wet paper bag. Mike who was a salesman is now in the service department and he doesn't even return calls like Jason. The Sage’s experience is so so but the service department is horrid. They don’t communicate at all and then they’ll lie about what was done, said, needs fixed. I know this from experience and sending a vehicle in for a recall with things that I knew of to see what was lied about. Their techs don’t have a clue what they’re doing and I’d it hasn’t been a recall or vehicle never would have gone in. Was also quoted $6000 foot a job that cost me $500 in motor craft parts and about a day of my time.
Recently purchased a 2022 Lia Sportage and it came with a Ford certified warranty 3 months or 4,000 miles. It’s not worth the ink and the paper it’s written on. Not even 3,500 miles on the car and it was 3 quart slow on oil after they supposedly did their 100+ multiple point inspection. I was told they would take care of us, they lied. Although they did come to my house and completed an oil change they never responded back to me after the oil consumption test. I feel like they lied to my 21 year old daughter.
