RecommendedI dropped my work Explorer off on Thursday. They called and told me parts were ordered and should be ready on Friday. Sure enough called me Friday afternoon fixed!!! Great Service!!!
RecommendedThis is the place where I always get my car works done. So far I'm satisfied. Everything is done quickly and pricing is reasonable. Talking to my friends and colleagues I often hear that they have a a feeling that someone tries to add some unnecessary services to get more money out of them. Here I don't see that. If for some case I cannot schedule appointment online, I chat to representative online, someone calls me back and find a way to squeeze me to a frame of time I need.

Recently purchased a 2022 Lia Sportage and it came with a Ford certified warranty 3 months or 4,000 miles. It’s not worth the ink and the paper it’s written on. Not even 3,500 miles on the car and it was 3 quart slow on oil after they supposedly did their 100+ multiple point inspection. I was told they would take care of us, they lied. I’m sharing this as a "buyer beware" for Wyatt Johnson Ford. I went in for a routine oil change and left with a $3,583 bill. Their strategy is a high-pressure tactic: they wait until your car is already in their shop and you are at home, then send automated text messages requiring quick approval for a massive "pile-on" of urgent required repairs. On March 18th, 2026, I purchased the Ford Blue advantage CPO 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor. While driving back home, I put the truck into sport mode and a reduced power mode activated saying there was an error with the 4x4 system. Pulled over and restarted the truck, seemed to be okay. The next morning my son had a high school Fishing tournament. Going up a hill returning from it, the truck goes back into reduced power mode.
