I brought my 2020 Ford Expedition Limited to the Wyatt Johnson Ford Service Department in Nashville for a leaking sunroof. Not only did I bring my vehicle in for service, I purchased my Ford Expedition from this dealership in 2023 plus the extended warranty, so I expected this to be handled correctly and efficiently. I usually don’t do this, but our service was exceptionally bad. For service that should have taken one day or two at the most, they kept the car for 13 days. When we bought the used vehicle, we were given a list of things that needed to be fixed and that they would take care of as terms of the sale. They couldn’t do it at the time as they needed parts so we made an appointment to drop off the car on a Thursday evening. My F150 wouldn’t start. I called Wyatt Johnson to see if they could get me in and the said they had a diagnostic appointment available at 1pm so I had my truck towed there. It took them 7 days before they even diagnosed it. I went and picked it up on the 8th day only to discover that my tonneau cover had been completely destroyed. They first told me it was like that when I bought it in. BS!! Then the story changed to “it got rained on and the rain puddled on the cover and caused it to cave in.” More BS!! Had brought in our car for a recall. When we were called about making the appointment we told them to make sure all parts were there before we brought it in. Was told they had everything. Dropped off Tuesday morning and was told it would take 1 day. Called Thursday and was told all parts were not there and it will be ready next day. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I have left message after message asking for a return call from a manager in the service department also from GM. Absolutely NO attempt to call back or get to talk to anyone. Charged over $600.00 😮for a battery change! I can not express how awful this place is. AVOID at all costs!

This is probably my most frustrating visit to Wyatt Johnson Ford. Normally the service is top tier. Not this time. I went for my general 6k mile inspection with my EV. They’re normally phenomenal with providing round trip uber service to work at drop off and pick up. My assigned service attendant is usually super communicative with where my car is and next steps. I will never go to Wyatt Johnson Ford again. They tried to charge me $6,303 for parts & labor to fix the sun roof shade. The one of the clips on the sun shade for the Sunroof broke. The service department charged me $239 plus tax just to look at the problem to tell me what the problem was.
