Came in for an oil change Friday around 10:45 a.m. and there didn't seem to be many customers in front of me (I was not given an estimated wait time). Waited over an hour before asking for an update. Receptionist informed me they hadn't even started on my car yet. I asked for my car back and went back to work. Next time I will go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube. No one has time to wait all day!
