Very disappointed in the service provider Wyatt Ford Nashville. I traveled to Nashville from Indianapolis to pick up my Jeep. I was told that the Jeep had been road tested and was ready to go. When I picked it up I in I-65 and I was traveling on the interstate when all hell let loose and the Jeep started to shake. Almost went off the road. Arrived with a steering wheel problem. Left with a steering wheel, front rotors and break pad problem.
Do not purchase the extended protection plans from them. When you want to cancel them, which is your right, they give you the run around. In my case Lee Geringer. I've asked to cancel these warranties since late August. He hardly ever replies to emails. January he finally wrote that he forgot to mail the cancellation of (how convenient). I emailed the GM David Lee directly, not even a response from him. I am beyond frustrated. Don't even buy from them is my advice! When people bring in there car under a recall they say they fix the problem just to get there money.But they never did fix the problem they made it worse.Then when i took it back for the same problem it's not under a recall any more.They wont u to pay out of pocket now an that is not rite at all.It have a Safety hazard rite now on it Electric Powering Steering ,Wheel bearing.So people please dont buy Fords Cars.From (Evelyn Woods).
My wife recently bought a car there. It had everything she wanted in a 2017 Ford Fusion SE. Weather didn't play for a good factor for test drives the day we came. Car was still a little iced over. Once we got out on the open road, the car still had a wobble that could be felt inside the car and in the steering wheel. Carmax sent my husbands car there a week ago and no one will answer the phone or call carmax back and I have been trying to call all afternoon and no one will answer the phone either. Thursday was the last update we got on the status of the repairs.... it is now Wednesday and no once can call back?? This is just plain ridiculous.
Their fast to sale junk wreck or even problem cars.
I purchased my super duty from there and that was the best day. Took it in for the first oil change and they had my truck for three weeks. Had to argue with the service writer and check in every few days while they told me parts were being shipped that weren’t even made.
