I had a scheduled appointment for 12:00 pm. When I spoke to the service member (very professional) I told him I had to leave at 2:00 pm. He had to check to see if they could accomplish an oil change, DEF top off, and tire rotation in two hours. The service bay confirmed to the service member they could have it complete in two hours. When I received my truck back 2 hours and 45 minutes later (45 minutes past when I had to leave), the DEF wasn't even topped off. I have been trying for 4 days to get your service department to fix my brakes as well as service an RSC warning light. Nobody calls me back or emails. Why do you treat your customers so poorly ? I also asked repeatedly for your General Managers email address to send a complaint, this also ignored. I’m appalled at your lack of interest in your customers
They're cars are too expensive, and their seevice department doesn't answer the phone. I've heen trying to schedule an appointment all week long to get my check engine light looked into, and the phone just rings. Doesn't even go to voicemail, just rings. Either they have an issue with their switchboard or the service manager really can't be bothered to pick up.

Scammers. This place is awful. Over priced and it seems like every time I bring my car in for service, I leave with more problems. I got my upper Radiator hose replaced recently and they charged me $403.00!!! I looked it up and its a $30 part. I'm done with this place. I don't mind paying a little extra to have a dealership take care of my car. However, I do not trust the pricing for repairs, its genuine care of my vehicle, or customer service. Seriously, think again before doing business with these people.
Like so many others I have read about, we called before to say we were coming to look at a specific vehicle. They say it’s there and they will make sure it’s out for us to see. We drive one hour... we get there and they said it was sold two hours ago... hmmm that’s before we called. The listing was up for 40 days and then sells in the one hour it took us to get there? Very disappointed in the service provider Wyatt Ford Nashville. I traveled to Nashville from Indianapolis to pick up my Jeep. I was told that the Jeep had been road tested and was ready to go. When I picked it up I in I-65 and I was traveling on the interstate when all hell let loose and the Jeep started to shake. Almost went off the road. Arrived with a steering wheel problem. Left with a steering wheel, front rotors and break pad problem.
Do not purchase the extended protection plans from them. When you want to cancel them, which is your right, they give you the run around. In my case Lee Geringer. I've asked to cancel these warranties since late August. He hardly ever replies to emails. January he finally wrote that he forgot to mail the cancellation of (how convenient).
