Best example of dishonesty!! They won’t tell you about service charges upfront and then will demand as per their wish. Poor customer communication and poor service. Will never go there again for any service.

So My truck broke down last night in Nashville and we had it towed to the dealer that I bought it from and who it is under Warranty with - Wyatt Johnson Ford. We called this morning and they told us to have the truck towed home and call to make an appointment which would be 4-6 weeks out. Now keep in mind that “appointment” meant we would have to tow the truck for a 3rd time back to them which it then is dropped there and it would sit 3-6 weeks BEFORE anyone even looked at truck- much less including parts being ordered and ... read more

Do not use this dealership for service!! Please see my update below We took our vehicle in for a transmission recall from Ford. When it was dropped off they confirmed our symptoms were consistent with the recall and they notified us of a couple other recalls, we appreciated that.... but, a couple weeks later and a couple of status calls to the dealership, the car was ready for pick up and we were not notified... We arrive and they never even looked at the transmission, the primary reason for the trip to the shop originally... read more

I recently was in the market to buy a used car when I came upon a Tesla Model 3 from Wyatt Johnson Ford's used inventory. I went on Saturday June 3rd and bought the vehicle with existing damage and was told the minor scrapes and dings around the vehicle would be taken care of and some the internal features would be fixed, and after purchase of the vehicle I would be a priority to the body shop. The service department is all aboard the struggle bus. Communication with them is near impossible unless you get someone’s cellphone number. I have had several 40 minute sessions with the hold music on the phone, multiple voicemails that were never answered. Warranty for life sounds great but it comes with a giant asterisk that you will have to endure phone jumanji in order to have it fulfilled and see your vehicle again. I drove 5.5 hours to get my vehicle and the Salesman was nice and met my requirements on price, but the car clearly had more wrong with it than disclosed. The bumper had been pushed in to where you couldn’t tell it was damaged and 3 of the 6 interior dome lights did not work. We did not realize this until we had made it home. Made them aware of the bumper and the initial response was “it wasn’t like that when you left. I have had the worst experience dealing with Wyatt Johnson Ford the past few weeks, and the only reason I went in was because I got a letter about a recall on my vehicle. Wyatt Johnson’s service department is terrible, and I would never recommend it to anyone. They are short, rude, never answer their phones, and they will not admit their own fault. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the service at Wyatt Johnson Ford. The utter lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I had an appointment for a serious issue with my car on 3/27/23 at 9am. I spoke to someone once that afternoon (after calling 5 times) who said they didnt know what was wrong yet and would run more tests and call me back the next morning. He did not call back. I bought this new truck 2020 Ford F350 with my wife Ashkey Utzman in spring 2020. In the fall of 2021 my roof lights on the truck started leaking.
