My wife recently bought a car there. It had everything she wanted in a 2017 Ford Fusion SE. Weather didn't play for a good factor for test drives the day we came. Car was still a little iced over. Once we got out on the open road, the car still had a wobble that could be felt inside the car and in the steering wheel. Mind you this is a brand new car that had some ice on it.. the salesman said they would fix the issues if she signed the paperwork and left it for the service department look at it Monday. Monday comes around, w... read more

Carmax sent my husbands car there a week ago and no one will answer the phone or call carmax back and I have been trying to call all afternoon and no one will answer the phone either. Thursday was the last update we got on the status of the repairs.... it is now Wednesday and no once can call back?? This is just plain ridiculous.

I purchased my super duty from there and that was the best day. Took it in for the first oil change and they had my truck for three weeks. Had to argue with the service writer and check in every few days while they told me parts were being shipped that weren’t even made.

I brought my car in yesterday for The Works. There were 3 people in the waiting area so I thought it would not take long. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Crown Ford and always took it there because of the warranty. My car is out of warranty now so I will probably take my car to Firestone to be serviced. Not first time Ihave had issues with Crown but thought it might be better when Wyatt Johnson bought them.

had brought my new ford truck in for a service and wow the wait was crazy and i was having a issue with the drivetrain and the service guy said the drivetrain is not covered under my warranty and i had the papers that states i do, finally got it taken care of but they were very rude and seems fords dont like warranty claims. Talked to a family friend that used to work at a ford dealer and apparently ones a domestic vehicle hits 100k they have a low or no resale value. well that's a redflag there. Staying away from domestics ... read more

Came in for an oil change Friday around 10:45 a.m. and there didn't seem to be many customers in front of me (I was not given an estimated wait time). Waited over an hour before asking for an update. Receptionist informed me they hadn't even started on my car yet. I asked for my car back and went back to work. Next time I will go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube. No one has time to wait all day!
