Please be advised that there is a unscrupulous sales MANAGER and TRAINER conducting business at Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville, TN. The following review sums up our experience. BEWARE - Manager FRANK TAYLOR is a conniving sorry excuse of a salesperson and should not be trusted. My wife negotiated for the sale of a used vehicle for our son's first car and signed an agreement with the vehicle to be picked up the next day. I had a good meeting when I had my ford towed to your dealership over the letter I got from Ford about the transmission problem. 2 days later I got a phone call and was told I could not leave my car at your garage.. As I had it towed where do I go it was your companies fault that it broke. Why should I move the car !!! David Smith 615-394-8745

Service department is a joke. Don't expect help if you have car trouble and are stranded 1000 miles from home.

WARNING: The Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville (previously Crown Ford owned by famous Nashvillian "Crown Charlie" Coats) does NOT want, or at least value, your business. I can't believe that either Ford Motor Company or Roush Automotive would be happy if they knew what a mess this place has become. I had a really bad experience at Wyatt Johnson when I was getting a standard recall on my car. I know the shipments are very behind and take a long time but this is absolutely separate in terms of complaints. First, they were confused about the appointment I had which was booked a month in advance and they had me drive it all over their dealer from the collision center to the service department because nobody was aware who was supposed to take care of it. NO one has called me about my truck being in the shop for 9 weeks. The only person who responds is one service guy. I have been filing multiple complaints with this dealership not owning up to their mistakes. They brought my truck in about 10 weeks ago because it was acting funny they replaced the water pump and then they changed my oil but forgot to put the oil cap on so there was oil all over my engine and then I kept telling them that it wasn’t fixed correctly they said they didn’t have time to continue looking over the... read more

Jason and Casey helped me trade out of a car that I just was not happy with, after owning it for only 6 months! Casey brought a car to me for a test drive and then Jason helped with “contactless” financing; so I had no delayed hours in the dealership!
