I had a really bad experience at Wyatt Johnson when I was getting a standard recall on my car. I know the shipments are very behind and take a long time but this is absolutely separate in terms of complaints. NO one has called me about my truck being in the shop for 9 weeks. The only person who responds is one service guy. I have been filing multiple complaints with this dealership not owning up to their mistakes. RecommendedJason and Casey helped me trade out of a car that I just was not happy with, after owning it for only 6 months! Casey brought a car to me for a test drive and then Jason helped with “contactless” financing; so I had no delayed hours in the dealership!
Avoid this place like the plague. My 2018 Ford Escape was here 2.5 months for warranty repair work. I got it back after 2 months and had it less than a day but realized the check engine light was back on they fixed it on the spot the next day and then it started 2 days later it was putting out white smoke and took it back because it started burning oil, so they had it for another 2 weeks and after I get it back and drive it through the rain and both body panels that protect the undercarriage of the car fell off and said they... read more
Disappointed, yet again. Every time I get service here I leave mad & swearing to never try them again. I was here before they opened this morning to drop my truck off for an oil change. Came after work to pick it up (8 hours later) & they hadn’t even started on it. This time I swear to gawd I’m never coming here again. The service manager was very apologetic & nice. He offered me 3 free oil changes & his word this wouldn’t happen again. It’s too late Wyatt Johnson. This place will never get it together.
My experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford is strictly about their service department. We were delayed and misdiagnosed by their service techs. And the advice of my service advisor ended up being problematic as well. We brought in a Ford F-250 for a check engine light. The vehicle performed normally, no indications of an issue aside from this. So we made a service appointment and brought it in where we were informed it would take another 7-10 days for them to diagnose it. The service department is not the same as it used to be. The service department is awful and I will never use them again after using them for the last 5 years. I waited 2 weeks to get my car into service department. Then when I got there no one wanted to help me. They told me the only thing they could do is oil change. I ended up leaving without any service. They couldn't even look into my windshield washer nozzles not working correctly. I had a scheduled appointment for 12:00 pm. When I spoke to the service member (very professional) I told him I had to leave at 2:00 pm. He had to check to see if they could accomplish an oil change, DEF top off, and tire rotation in two hours. The service bay confirmed to the service member they could have it complete in two hours. When I received my truck back 2 hours and 45 minutes later (45 minutes past when I had to leave), the DEF wasn't even topped off.
