I had a really bad experience at Wyatt Johnson when I was getting a standard recall on my car. I know the shipments are very behind and take a long time but this is absolutely separate in terms of complaints. First, they were confused about the appointment I had which was booked a month in advance and they had me drive it all over their dealer from the collision center to the service department because nobody was aware who was supposed to take care of it. NO one has called me about my truck being in the shop for 9 weeks. The only person who responds is one service guy. I have been filing multiple complaints with this dealership not owning up to their mistakes. They brought my truck in about 10 weeks ago because it was acting funny they replaced the water pump and then they changed my oil but forgot to put the oil cap on so there was oil all over my engine and then I kept telling them that it wasn’t fixed correctly they said they didn’t have time to continue looking over the... read more

Jason and Casey helped me trade out of a car that I just was not happy with, after owning it for only 6 months! Casey brought a car to me for a test drive and then Jason helped with “contactless” financing; so I had no delayed hours in the dealership!
Avoid this place like the plague. My 2018 Ford Escape was here 2.5 months for warranty repair work. I got it back after 2 months and had it less than a day but realized the check engine light was back on they fixed it on the spot the next day and then it started 2 days later it was putting out white smoke and took it back because it started burning oil, so they had it for another 2 weeks and after I get it back and drive it through the rain and both body panels that protect the undercarriage of the car fell off and said they... read more
Disappointed, yet again. Every time I get service here I leave mad & swearing to never try them again. I was here before they opened this morning to drop my truck off for an oil change. Came after work to pick it up (8 hours later) & they hadn’t even started on it. This time I swear to gawd I’m never coming here again. The service manager was very apologetic & nice. He offered me 3 free oil changes & his word this wouldn’t happen again. It’s too late Wyatt Johnson. This place will never get it together.
