The customer service experience was great from the general billing questions to the technology department. Everyone was professional, respectful and made me feel cared about as a customer. Bert or Ben I forgot the name was great and gave a courtesy call back the next day. Can't say enough good things about the service received.Â

Lost internet on a Friday night 😱. Called around 7:30 angle got love person…rare service MUCH appreciated. The woman tried many things but was unable to help so set up service appt for next morning. She called back a little after 8 (if asked her when she was through for the day and it was 8 pm so this was after she was supposed to get off work, another extremely rare thing) because she’d thought of something else to try. That worked so we were up and running. Really exceptional service!Â
Excellent customer support. Todd is the absolute best. He was able to resolve our problem within minutes.Â
Barry was our customer service representative on the phone for some internet issues and fixed them right away, very thorough and courteous. Always the best service at Zirrus.Â
