2 months and works well , climbs walls. Unfortunately we noticed the pool liner now has numerous imperfections like something under liner has shifted , so bad it’s noticeable during day and much more at night with lights in. Maybe the Elite brush’s causing this ? I would have stuck with basic suction cleaner to prevented this , looks Awful ☹️

We prchased the Zodiac at the recommendation of our pool retailer. It has been, at best, an “okay” purchase. It frequently gets stuck or just quits working, in addition to the expected getting stuck on steps or not climbing the walls as advertised. It might be better than nothing, but we have at times considered trading it in for a manual vacuum.

Customer service is terrible. I was on hold for over 1.20 mins. I ended up handing up. The zodiac worked well the first day. It climbed up all the walls. The second day it barley can make it up any of the walls without falling back. I’ve checked all the intake lines and filters. No blockage. Suction on the device is still ok. Maybe it’s the wheels with the rotation not being that good.

Does not work well. Clogs up the skimmer line if there are any leaves in the pool that it picks up. Sometimes it hardly moves if the suction is down as when the line gets clogged or partially clogged. Will not work with skimmer basket in place.

The vacuum is working climbing the walls, cleaning the bottom, the major issue is clogging the lines.
