terrible let a stolen credit card purchase stuff after i notified them i asked them not to follow through with shipping to the thief but they went ahaead and continued shipping anyway.

This was my first experience shopping with Zoro. I ordered tab weld nuts and was sent round weld nuts. When I contacted customer service they told me I was sent the correct product. The product sent and the product pictured and description do not match. The only saving ***** was the hassle free 30 day return/refund process. I hope this company will review and update their website to provide accurate pictures/descriptions of the products they sell.

The valve I ordered was shipped in a box that was not taped on the ends to keep it shut. So the valve pushed through one end and out the *** package. The *** driver shoved it back in the package and delivered. ***** was out of box and package. It is a brass water relief valve so hopefully it still holds water pressure like it should. Who knows how much it was thrown around. I didn't see damage of threads so will try and install to see if it is ok.

The plastic on the containers were cheap. It is very thin and I am not sure it will even last this season. I purchased 10 containers and some had discoloration and one was cracked upon delivery.

ordered 4 filters only 2 were delivered called customer assistance we were told that they would take of it a week later no responce from zoro now zoro has our money and we only have 2 filters so we are going to re-order from somebody that can count and read an order form at least from 1-4 cut my looses and learned a lesson

I placed an order for two different fans. I received one fan and a week later received an email saying they no longer had the second fan and my order was canceled. I placed another order for two fans. I received one fan and contacted customer service asking when the second fan would ship. I was told it would ship today. Well, tonight I received an email saying they no longer had the second fan and my order was canceled. But you can go to their website and order this fan that they no longer have!
