Sorry you all have been having such a bad time. Just want to say I've been ordering from Zoro for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Orders, returns, good prices, fast delivery and the need for occasional phone calls have ALL been exceptionally positive. Surprised and shocked at the negative reviews. Your security lock out is a pain in the butt! It locks me out just because I knew what I wanted to type, so I typed it "too fast", then to make matters worse, the of two methods offered to prove that I'm human, neither one of them work. I drag the button all the way to the right and it tells me that I need to drag it ALL THE WAY to the right. If I enter the numbers, it gives me audibly, it tells me that I entered the wrong numbers. It does this repeatedly, again and again. You really need to fix that!

I purchase items from Zoro that totaled $94. In my bank account I was charged $94 and $61 for this order. I was told that zoro had to make that extra change temporarily for some reason that does not make sense to me. Zoro took $61 of my money for days without my authorization. This is not right. They should not be able to do this.

I ordered a boiler automatic water feeder valve through Zoro and when I opened the box there was signs of rust on both the inlet of the valve and outlet and it was not the same model as the one in the picture. Due to the rust on the valve it clearly had to have been in service on somebody else's heating system and returned to Zoro for whatever reason. Why a worker would take a valve that has rust on it and came out of a heating system and throw it on the shelf to sell to somebody is beyond me. The worst part of this is that ... read more

I never ordered this, my card was hacked. I called Zoro and reported it immediately yet they still processed the order and shipped it and then asked if I was satisfied with my purchase and would like to leave a review. I cancelled my card with my bank and had this money refunded through my bank. Zoro did nothing but charge my card and deliver to the thieves. I reported this immediately after it happened and they did nothing to stop it. Terrible company.

Photo/Illustration showed FULLY threaded bolt, which is what I needed...received bolts with only partial threads. Unable to use for my application. Had to order from another vendor. Wasted precious time.

The item I ordered was the third time ordering this. It is a sheet of clear polycarbonate and I know it leaves with a protective coating on both sides to prevent scratching. It always is torn off by the time it gets to me and I sent one back it was scratched so badly. The recent one I got had NO coating on one side and is scratched a lot. I do not understand why you cannot put it in a 48"X48" box. Do better next time please.
