Honey... its a ZERO. It was misspelled Zoro on the surface poses as on on-line retailer. However, they are too slow to function on-line. My order time line 01/11/18 made order 01/15/18 email customer service about shipping update 01/16/18 call customer service about shipping update. Told me it was in credit process review department. Overcharge for their products I ordered 20 packs of 20 dishwasher pods. $55. They sent me one pack of 20 and said that is what the product is. Not 20 packs. So they charged me $55 for a $4 item. On the phone for 33 minutes to get resolved. How dare they charge that much! I recommend not buying from Zoro.

Never use ZORO, here's why Terrible shipping. Ordered my order july 8th -2017 called and spoke to two separate representatives, July 15 and today July 25 and my order won't get shipped until 3-5 days from today. Bull sh*t. Soooooo I won't get my order until August 4th. Literally 4 days shy of a month after I placed th order. LESSON LEARNED, stick to EBAY or AMAZON. THEY GOT THEIR SHIPPING AND HANDLING UNDER CONTOL AND ON TIME!

TWO SHIPMENTS DESTROYED BY THEIR TRUCKING THEY USE! I ORDERED DROP IN CEILING TILES AND THE METAL FRAME GRID, RECD. SHIPMENT FIRST TIME DESTROYED BY FED EX TRUCKING. Worst Customer Service. Horrible Management. I have purchased items from Zoro.com in the past and their prices are great for many of their items. However, it seems as though they sacrifice customer service for their low prices. If it is the customer service representative that was the only issue it may be a problem that the company can fix immediately but management at that company is equally if not worse than the customer service representatives. Cancelled my order because I somehow clicked "export"? Their web site took my order, they charged my card, then cancelled/refunded my order/money because I "apparently" clicked "export" somewhere on their web site. I denied doing it, but conceded that I might have, inadvertently, so I asked why their web site didn't ask me where to "export" my order to (after supposedly clicking export) as my "shipping address" clearly shows a US address.
