They misrespresent their products on their website. The photo shows one thing but you receive another. Incidentally the photo will show one version of the product, a desirable one, while what they actually send you is the new version which is terrible, which is why nobody wants it. And they will find a reason why they wont accept a return even though the product is non-perishable, unused, unopened, still in their own packaging. Liars and scammers.

What a racket. Sent me a catalog with clear pic of gallon WD-40 on the cover but I scanned the entire catalog twice and guess what. Not offered. I have purchased from Zoro in the past but will not offer them any business anymore as I do not appreciate a company that Baits and Switches. Life is to short to put up with this.

Used to be great and FAST, now good luck getting what you ordered at a pace that a guy walking across the ** could deliver timeframe. ZORO is great, the problem(s) rests with their choice of shippers--- ***** was at one time 'tops' in the shipping business -since they have gone to almost 100% contractors in their GROUND deliveries their service is atrocious . ***** always shows "out for delivery" and/or will be delivered "between 10 & 2 " OR something similar. Reality is that they leave you hanging for the entire day with the the same line to follow the next day. ZORO must dump ***** as it is starting to seriously damage their excellent reputation!! Might have happened during shipping, but product arrived damaged. It's a flimsy plastic lens cover and not very well protected in the box, so suggest maybe better packaging, very light foam or bubble wrap, maybe. Other than that, website, price, and product selection was fine.

The lens was thrown in a box with no packing, no cardboard no packaging material for support. Delivered shattered. Will return. Packaging would have prevented this
