Due to frequent packaging issues we will no longer be using Zoro (or Grainger) for our industrial supply needs. Too many times heavy items are packaged in large quantity (sometimes along with sensitive/delicate equipment and supplies that are damaged as a result) and the boxes are damaged &/or breached resulting in missing items. Often there are no packing slips/documentation to determine what was lost which results in delays in remediation of issues, lost time, and a reduction of efficiency. They were very inaccurate about their shipping and delivery times. Double the days they say they will ship, and then double the days they say youll get your orders. That is more accurate than what their site says it will be.

If they ever get an order right, I'll faint! Their website is the hardest to navigate of any I've done. Put in specific item and you will search several pages to find item needed, if find it at all.

On Oct 22, 2024, I received an email from **** for notice of a partial shipment which was about to ship, and **** needed payment for $27 to ship it. I paid with my bank debit card (mistake) and for the next 12 hours I was invoiced every half hour for $27. Something like 18 invoices, all night long. Luckily I caught the fraud after the 3rd charge, and cancelled my debit card. But not before $83 was taken from my bank account. Do not shop here. You will never get your product. You will ever see is an "estimated shipping" dates keel estending until you give up. I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE, or hesitate to press the back button.

**************** okay. Website inventory and stock unreliable -- will accept orders and guarantee one day shipping to cancel the order due to their delays. They will remove any orders that have extended delays. I was assured that they would keep the order open due to the unanticipated 2+ week delay but I was surprised with the email of my order being cancelled and customer service informing me they're incapable of doing anything.
