Did not show accessories required to make the item functional. When I called they told me to call the manufacturer because they have NO technical knowledge!!! Also the item I require was not shipped at all after I ordered it!! These people are a MIDDLEMAN not a good supplier with knowledge about the products. I would recommend doing business with people that will follow up and help after the ************* *******,

I ordered a product that ***** sponsors on their website. The product is not described as it is or supposed to be. Just to put it plain it was not the correct part. The problem I have is yes they refund it the return but they decided it would be best for them to STEAL the shipping cost and not refund that. So even though the product was described incorrectly they get to keep the shipping costs. Let the customer be aware that purchases of paint from ZORO come with a risk that you may wish to avoid. I purchased a gallon of paint one year ago and although, in tact, the packaging was poorly completed, receiving the can with a major dent in it! This year, I just ordered and received a different 1 gallon pale of paint that apparently had a known defective lid causing the packager to place the can in a heavy duty ziplock bag. The shipping department is either a broken robot of incompetent humans. The damage rate for items coming from Zoro has been 100% for my last three deliveries. They just dump everything in one box with no protection. They will ship a 20lb spool of wire in the same box as a duct vent with nothing else to keep them from slamming into each other. They will wrap ducting with clingwrap so tight it crushes it out of round. It doesn't matter how great your selection is or how great your prices are. If you can't get items to the door... read more
I am still stunned that Zoro chose to ship a ***** meter, which is a sensitive test instrument (!!) in a PLASTIC BAG MAILER. It arrived with a 3-inch hole in the bag, with ******* own packaging smashed open inside, and it's an absolute miracle the meter was not broken or small parts had not fallen out in transit. This should be obvious, but in the future SHIP ALL TEST INSTRUMENTS IN A STURDY CARDBOARD BOX.

My recent purchase of a 5 pack sheet aluminum on May 14th was filled by Unbeatable sales, a vendor that Zoro uses has more negative reviews than positive.
