Had never heard of them before ordering from them and I was hesitant. I wanted to order a few thousand $$ of electrical equipment for my RV. I read the reviews but I ordered anyway because the price was better than I could find elsewhere. I ordered on May 18 and it was sitting on my front porch an May 20. I can't ask for faster service than that.
I ordered an electric motor arbor and was informed that the supplier was unable to ship it due to a stock out. I was informed that **** would attempt to get the item and cancel my order in 7 days if unsuccessful. I called the service number provided in the email as I very much needed the item. The customer service representative was friendly, apologized for the delay, found a substitute item and cancelled the original order. I never new of Zoro until I was searching for the lowest price on an item that I was buying for an up coming project. They had the lowest price plus offered free shipping plus a 10% discount if I registered my email address BEST PRICE BY FAR. I have to say that I'm surprised by the reviews I'm seeing. I've used Zoro for a handful of purchases, including a major power tool, and the experience has been excellent. I was aware that Zoro was the retail outlet for Grainger, so never had looked them up, but did so today to see where they are physically located as I was surprised that an item I ordered a few hours ago was being delivered ***** Ground the next day.
