Read this review and avoid my HELL of an experience at all cost in unit X177! My husband and I did a tour of the property on 6/19/20 with leasing officer Elizabeth. We paid our app fee and deposit that day! We asked Elizabeth if we can check the unit before it’s cleaned out to see the type of condition it’s in and what needs to be done. I’ve complained about my door problems for literally a year! First the door wouldn’t stay closed and it took them months to fix that problem. Next the door isn’t sealed properly. You can LITERALLY see the light coming through cracks in the areas around the which is causing my energy bill to be super high. I’m paying $120 for Entergy every month for a one bedroom apartment that’s less than 800 square feet because my air is just going out the door and that’s never been fixed. I want to be a resident so bad at one of your communities especially the ones in river ridge. But rent is way too expensive for the amount of space (sq ft)and older appliances it comes with. My name is Mary Austin and I live in Citrus Creek West Apartment J356. Earlier today, the smoke detectors in a unit under me were going off non stop for about 15 minutes. I recently just moved in one of your apartments in Baton Rouge. The first day I moved in my whole hall way carpet was soaking wet because the air was leaking. The air works very poorly and I was told by maintenance and the front office that they could not fix the problem. One of the maintenance men came in my apartment to fix the problem but he could not. He also came in my room without permission which was very uncomfortable and very unacceptable. I am very unsatisfied with how my move went at this property.
I live in 241. We have a major roach problem. We get many roaches a day. We do find some dead and some alive. They have even crawled onto our beds. Yall have sent out an exterminator to treat and spray. I have sprayed many times myself as well. The lady under me put out poison the other day because she is having roach problems as well.
