Good evening. I live in apartment #102 at Lakes of Chateau South. I called this evening because my air conditioning went out around 8pm. Every hour the temperature goes up 1 degree, but it is set on 70. It is now 76 degrees in my apartment. I am hot. I was told by the emergency operator Lou that the manager Misty told her that no one would be sent because it is in the 60's outside. That is unacceptable. I am staying in 1st Lake . I pay my rent on time and i have complained about my fridge making a terrible noise since past 4 months and there is no progress on this issue. Regards

This is one of the poorest managed properties I have ever lived at. The property itself is not bad, but the front office staff do no care in the least about the residents, especially Iris. They are more concerned about telling the residents whatever they want to hear to get them off the phone or out of the office than they are with actually helping. I put in a maintenance request on Sunday at 3pm for a stopped up kitchen sink and dishwasher. I called the office twice on Wednesday to ask what the status of my request was,... read more

Oak Creek Apartments is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Appliances are completely outdated. Management is horrible and not communicative. Just would not recommend for anyone to do.

I am a current resident at Sawmill Creek. Since April, I have been in MN receiving medical care for cancer. I have spoken with the leasing office several times since I left (phone and email) and provided medical information to them. Today, I find out they had my car towed after my sister went by my apartment to get documentation to mail to me in MN. I’m getting conflicting stories as to why I wasn’t contacted but the most bizarre was my car information was not in their system. This is hard to believe because I was given a sc... read more

Both the gym and Pool restroom is locked with a sign that “states to prevent spread...” We cannot use restroom or wash hands in public area. During covid 2020 quarantine it was necessary but, these restrooms should be reopened now.

Ive lived here for 4 months and i havent got to enjoy the place ever..... Since day one of moving in the lady underneath me has done nothing but complained.....racial discrimination is being done to my house hold.....kids are steady running up and down the stairs and my kids are being accused of it....my other neighbor stabbed someone and had blood all over the stairs and parking lot and is still here.....i need a supervisor to call me and im very unhappy.....

I can't use the toilet because there is a leak from the bathroom ceiling vent each time it rains. Dirty water falls straight on the toilet seat. It is inhuman to ignore the fact that a tenant cannot use the sanitary in their own apartment. I have been living here less than a year and I have called at least 8 times about a leak on different areas of the bathroom. The roofers are now taking 1-2 weeks to come fix it. I have contacted a renters lawyer today. I have been complaining about my a/c for months now. There has been no improvement. I will make sure that all of my family, friends, and associates know not to live here. Yall let people leave beer cans and bottles on the ground along with other trash. This place is a dump but I will take legal action if needed
