I just finished a 6 month lease at Crossroads apartments in a studio. I decided to move because the space turned out to be too small for me and I contacted maintenance several times because it took the dryer 3 times to dry my laundry loads and the issue was never fixed. Now that I’ve completed my lease, I’m being charged $500 for them to renew the carpet because they claim urine was detected. I live alone with no pets and I’m hardly ever home because I work so much. I have been living here for about 4 years now. when we first moved in the service was horrible the apartment was not even clean the room doors didn't lock, they still don't lock, the bathroom was molded, still is, we were suppose to have an alarm, still don't, and the carpet was a mess, the fireplace leaks and after 4 years ITS STILL THE SAME. we were promised so many upgrades in the beginning that we never got. I’ve been at Citrus Creek for three years , the first 2 years were nice , now all you hear is noise and fights , tenets make noise at 3:00 am , people don’t care about there neighbors, loud talk at night starts at 11:00 pm , I’m thinking of moving out ,.

The now Property Manager at Lakes of Chateau Estates North...resolved a Washer machine problem that one of her staff member, who was not interested to hear of my problem...she over heard of the conversation and as I was leaving, she intervened. She kept her word, "that a she will put in the maintenance request and the maintenance man will response very soon". This Property Manager not others...kept her word. poorly managed. the public restroom is still locked, you cannot wash your hands when you are at the gym. The fitness room/gym spray cleaner for equipment ran out months ago and has not been replaced. Therefore, you cannot clean equipment.

I have lived at this location since July of 2019. And although I have never caused a problem paid my rent and followed rules, the management and service has been very professional, it is upper management policies I have an issue with. I had an issue with my bathtub and shower and was without a bathtub for five days then the service people left a mess. I was credited 75 dollars, 10%, of my rent. I’m being charged nearly $750 for a few broken tiles, literally maybe 3-4 total. This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in, as these tiles crack easily with normal wear and tear, such as literally WALKING on them. Maintenance has been aware of this for several months, the office, as well, as they have done walk in inspections multiple times per year.
