The apartment that complex that my family and I rented was infested , we did not move out of the complex because we wanted to . We was forced having a infant child that we could not put in jeapordy , in the month of March I came down to talk to Cindy the manager about the problem once again. I moved into Natchez Landing on March 7. When I first toured the room he told me the deposit would be $250 with $100 off for a special, with the deposit normally being $350. When I went to sign the lease, he told me the lease would be $350 and it is normally $450. When I look on the website it states the deposit for a one bedroom is $300. I have been calling 1st Lake Properties and leaving voicemails with no answer. I am not sure who I need to speak with about this discrepancy.

I own my own business. I went in to apply for a apartment today. I was told since i dont have a paycheck stub i need 23000 in the bank. That is a load a crap and the lady in the office was rude as hell. That is no way to do business.

Virgil Speed at the Fox Run 2 Apartments in Metairie, LA, has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I am in the hospitality industry and I am appalled on how he has demonstrated himself. I am currently a resident but am breaking my lease to relocate for work..but that is not the issue. i went to the leasing office about a couple days ago and signed the papers to break my lease. i did this with Virgil Speed. At this point I'm ready to just break my lease! I've been here for about SIX WEEKS and the apartment has had three different leaks (the first was on my move in date). Not to mention the apartment above me has had a leak which has damaged my walls and ceilings. I also had an issue with my (quick and easy internet connection) it took over 8 hours, which in turn caused me to miss a full day of work. Everyone has been very pleasant but this apartment is a complete disaster.

I would give no stars if possible. My mother has been living at your property Flowergate Apartments since 2017 and as of this week, the apartment has FLOODED 4 times and NOT DUE TO NATURAL CAUSES. The building has had its pipes BURST AND DAMAGE EVERYTHING WE OWN AND THEY DONT COMPENSATE NOR FIX ANY OF IT. They don’t even attempt to offer you rent free for a month until you blow up about it and we’ve still hadn’t had rent free. Only $20 taken off for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGES. It is starting to become a habit of maintenance coming in the apartment without any form of notice. On 02/26/2020 they came in to paint water stain “by request”. We did not request such task. In addition, the stain is still there. I am starting to feel uncomfortable that a man is able to come in and out our apartment without even a call or note saying that they will be entering the apartment.

I live in SpringBrook Apartments in Baton Rouge and we have complained about squirrels infestations for 2 yrs. Nothing has been done and now we have holes in the wall from the squirrels. I have a daughter and it scares her to even sleep in her room. I have contact the office many times about this issue and nothing has been done. I told the office there is a big entrance hole the squirrels are entering in right outside my front door and nothing has been done. Apt 1616. Very fustrated and upset.
