When I first found the Boardwalk apartments, I was excited to move in due to the space and how helpful Anne was in the process of moving. This property has went down since under new management. The landscape needs work and water in the pool has algae along the side of the inside of pool. Also, when I received my apartment I was not told about the automatic renewal during a pandemic until 6/2/2020 when I finally caught the ladies in the office and I handed them my 30 day notice. I have been with first lake for almost a year. I pay my rent and I mind my business, but I work hard for everything I have and I don’t receive help from anyone, therefore I expect the best in the things that I spend my money on. First lake has claimed to be characterized by stellar property maintenance, but for the THIRD time my ceiling and belongings have been ruined due to a leak in the roof. I stayed at sugar mill apartments where I constantly pointed out the damages in the property. They always said they’d come fix it. I didn’t want to keep begging them therefore I decided to just let it be. I had black mold, water damage and everything. My dryer was broken for 2 months and they told Me it wasn’t a priority of theirs to fix it... (Not that y’all care) I’m honestly wasting my time writing this message but oh well. I have been a resident for 5 years and 1 year ago i moved into a 2 bedroom from a 1 one bedroom. In the same complex and It has been a complete hassle. Constantly dealing with plumbing problems. And i have been trying for a month to get my air conditioner fixed. I'm paying a 1,000 a month to come home to and sweat in a hot apartment. Upon first receiving keys to an apartment that Wasn’t the same one I was shown the first times when I agreed to sign the lease, I really had no other choice but to take them . they had yellow walls and a couple stains on the floor holes in the door.. which I was told would be fixed they never came around just like with everything else that broke down “it wasn’t a priority “ is what the front seat loves to say about any maintenance header dryer issues ac leaks .. it’s ridiculous .. any after my full year lease ends and I ... read more

Have sent several complaints and even called the police about the neighbors with loud music playing and several guest every night and have sent emails nothing is done . No one returns calls or follow up on any of the issues . It’s repeated every night at 10pm at night loud where you can hear the singing and them tents singing with the music .

I have a worst experience talking the Randy at this location he doesn’t even care people and he want just your money and he just talks about money nothing else. He says all the stories and charge huge amount of money at the and with the fines at the property please avoid him be careful with him he was not a proper guy to deal with .
