I'm living 1st lake property since more than 1 year. When, I was moved here, Manager of Oak creek and her assistance are very helpful and friendly. But after few months, New manager come in action, never maintenance done in timely mannar, I had to call few time for remind. They always have excuse for big maintenance. As a current resident of Bella Ridge South in River Ridge I am extremely disappointed in the level of communication regarding COVID-19. There has been zero to little communication on the resident portal about what to expect on our property & in our community. The creeks of River Ridge look more like you are in the middle of nowhere once it gets dark so many street lights out and management does not care when you report it. There is a lot of car thefts maybe if there were lights on this would stop I don’t expect any result from filling this complaint

My mother has been living in the boardwalk apartment complex for about 5 1/2 years. She is a widow and surviving cancer. The apartment is an efficiency and the location is good. But there are several problems that are unfair to her. First of all she continues to have a huge large cockroach problem which is disgusting. Premises is the worst ever apartment one could think of living in. The management is barbaric, autocratic and inflexible living in medieval times. Living conditions are inhumane and they hold you hostage once lease is signed. They treat as if you are a bonded servant. Avoid living there at all costs.

I have complained on more then one occasion about the constant stray cats and raccoons that my downstairs neighbor continues to feed. The apartment manager will do nothing about it and allows the teenage to feed the cats.
