I have racists neighbors who have been harassing me since the election. This complex does not want to do anything about it. It is getting to the point where I am looking at getting a lawyer.
I always have the best experience with Gay in the office. She has the right answer for everything. Your direct withdrawal for rent had some sort of glitch on Sunday and Gay helped take care of it. I love living here. Thank you. K.
I have been trying to get through to someone from the payment center. It keeps rejecting my automatic payment. I called my bank and was told it’s on your end not my banks. I just need it fixed. I have a stellar payment history and would like to keep it that way.
I’ve lived here since March about right when the country was first shut down and was really excited about the move. A few weeks in we kept having bug issues and had pest control come out to spray at least twice a month for 6 months before we were allowed to switch apartments. We’ve been in the second apartment a little over 2 months now and since the move our car has been broken into and packages are constantly being stolen from in front of our apartment. I am truly disgusted with this company. I have been living in a leaking unit for 3 weeks now and nothing has yet to be done. I have contacted higher authorities and waiting for a response. Do not rent from none of their properties. They are a horrible, sorry ass company.
I called on Sunday to inform them that my dryer was broken, they did not come out to check it until a week later. It has been almost 2 weeks and they still have not fixed/replaced my dryer! This apartment complex does not care about the needs of their residents. This has been a disappointing place to live, especially for the absurd amount of money they charge for rent each month. Not worth the money.
Jessica the manager at lake towers is toxic and has made my relocation from Georgia absolutely horrible. She has harassed and belittled me on a daily basis! Lake tower resident #403
Absolutely horrible. I’ve already been in touch with my attorney and my physician about the hazardous unkept health and aesthetic conditions of lake tower apartments. I will not pay another penny until these matters are resolved. Not once has either the task manager on site nor her assistant have asked to even view these major concerns. Please do not hesitate to be in touch with Me. Anna Rahal (912) 344-8552 rahal399@yahoo.com
I really want to like living in my apartment that was possibly renovated from a demo apartment into a live residential apartment. The problem is that almost everyone from the USPS to FedEx to Amazon to now even my own apartment manager doesn't seem to realize my apartment exists. I have addressed this with THREE different apartment managers in the LESS than two years I have lived here. I have gone through 3 different apartment managers in that short a time and not one of them have bothered to realize my apartment exists no... read more
