Maintenance has completely gone down at the Springbrook property. The lack of transparency and concern for paying residents is completely disappointing. I’ve been dealing with AC issues for a while only to be given window units (after my unit went out completely) that are pulling excessive amounts of energy. So much so, that my lights flash off and on. As a result, I cannot keep my lights on for any extended period of time. I was told last Friday that there was a leak in the unit that needs to be fixed. I rented in Sawmill Creek, River Ridge, 23/204. I vacated the apartment on June 1st with the rent paid up to the end of the lease, July 13th 2020. The apartment in question was leased a few days after I departed. I was informed by the office the I was entitled to a refund, which I should receive by mid August. As of today I have not heard from your office. Please let me know when am I to receive the refund. Thank you

i have recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in Walnut Creek (e 131) after a week or so i noticed i had some bites that i thought were mosquito bites. well i finally saw what was biting me, bed bugs. This is at the end of a list of missteps by the property not including being charged more than the agreed upon rent and the new apartment not being ready as a new apartment. Our AC unit has been out broken for two weeks, I have out in countless maintenance request, it's above 90 degrees in here and it's not suitable for living, we are contacting the Jefferson Parish city health department and inspection tomorrow to check out the complex. I read the laws on landlord responsibilities in cases like these. We just want our AC fixed or our rent free if we have to continue to live like this. It's inhumane

It's been almost one week I have noticed to the office I have a problem in my air conditioner in my apartment and for the last few days the ac completely stopped work and I and my family we have to sleep all together in the living room.because is the only room.where have a fan on the ciling and we have to leave the balcony door open all.night because the temperature inside the house is above 93 farwnheit and my light bill come with $520 b cause the ac is missed up

Need new a/c units. 6th complaint with no difference. Have to leave on weekends because the aparrment is so hot. 95 dergees outside and unit wont go below 84 degrees. Horrible condition to live in

I currently reside in one of your properties and have not been treated with respect. I had a situation where the lock broke on my door. I called the emergency number and no one answered . It was a Sunday the office was closed so I had to call a locksmith. I reported to the office the next morning. I feel I should be reimbursed for my out of pocket fees. Lately, I’ve been pretty frustrated as my husband and I needs have been overlooked. In recent months, I’ve contacted management regarding inquiries and/or concerning our request , we’ve been ignored it seems. While Covid is understandable to an extent, we still make sure we or paying our monthly fees which you all anticipate each month. It’s frustrating to not have our needs met after CONSTANTLY being told it will be taken care of. I’d truly like to see some improvement on this matter, thanks!
