My friend is a residents at Sugarmill, in the g bldg. He ha been there for almost 7 years. In the past year, we have been noticing trash being left at the mailboxes. It would be bags of trash, which then leads to the rodents busting the bags, leaving trash everywhere, This week I noticed boxes of junk, and a broken vacuum. I moved in Aug 2019 and it is now going into the second week of January, and a maintenance report I put in within days of my move-in has yet to be handled. And this is even after repeated online request for service, verbal request to office staff, maintenance crew, corporate office, and other maintenance crew from another site that came to service the complex’s air conditioner units.

It's not your company it's Facebook's grievous errors as usual. An apartment ad frequently appears while I'm playing my solitaire game. I'm not a resident near to Baton Rouge. My residence has been at the same address for over 20 years. And don't plan to relocate any time soon.

I got very seek this morning and my blood pressure was bad. I stayed with the doctors for many exams and I couldn’t use my phone. I had appointments to pay my rent with $50 fees at 10am. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it at this time. I got released hour ago and I call the office to make the payment but they let me know that I have to pay $150 more. It’s make bad. There is no way to accept my payment with the $50 fees?
I live in citrus creek apartments in New Orleans. We entered into because of its location and convenience. Rent is too high even if you sign for 18 months lot 24 months. Maintenance is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Staff at office are so incompetent that they can’t fix the water leak in my fridge 100 complaints in the past one year and same person comes and does same fix so that in exactly 3 days problem surfaces again. Ambrie showed me a beautiful clean function apartment and readily available. The next morning she told me someone had been approved before me, Not to worry they’d have 2 ready to move in by next week. We have paid rent every month on time for the past 4 years, we pay extra because we have cats. We mind our business and don't bother anyone -were not loud or violent or messy.
