I have not had air going into the bedroom since I moved in 2 months ago and the property manager has not helped any. I am just getting the run around.

I am living in Apt 195 on south since 5 years and 5 months. Always any maintenence concerns informed to the office ,usually takes 2or 3 days. Only AC problems are attended faster. Although the simple Maintenence issues I do not bother much as long as they are completed . My main issue now is the clothes dryer. Reported on 24th 0f september. I was given a run around. I was offered a key to a different apartment to dry the clothes. I am a 71 year old woman with Rhumotoid Arthritis. Can not carry rhe clothes. My repeted reque... read more

This place needs to be shut down or be replenished with a whole new staff that actually cares and takes pride in their job in keeping OUR HOME somewhat pleasant. I hate it here and wish I could afford to back out my lease

Cindy from FLOWERGATES is the WORST property manager I ever met. She is rude and does not care about any problems that don’t effect her and her office. I have been living here and dealing with issues that have hindered my work and everyday life since I’ve been here and she treats me like a joke. I hate it here and I wish I would have never found this place. 0/10 would NEVER recommend

The office manager of flowergate is rude and very unhelpful. She does not care nor take pride in keeping this place running well. As a resident I am very upset and I can’t wait till my lease runs out
DO NOT RENT APARTMENT N-102 at FLOWERGATE APARTMENTS!! Rude upstairs neighbors who stomp and the office is so rude even w video evidence they have done nothing but try to move my apartment and raise my rent and lease
