I currently live in Frenchman Creek, as of October 25, 2019 I have submitted 6+ work orders for various reasons but at present this is my 2nd for ceiling leaks, water in the light fixture, water spots throughout on walls and what appears to be mold on the walls and ceiling. Today is 21 days that I have been inconvenienced and the work is still not complete due to my finding that I reported to the office. I have lived in Severn Pointe Apartments for over a year and in that time I have sent in 4 written complaints and a few verbal ones asking for something to be done about a neighbor who smokes weed constantly. I understand that it's a hassle to figure out which apartment it is coming from, and here in the New Orleans area, the illegality of weed is a low priority to most. I am requesting to speak with someone who may supervise the complex managers. I am a resident in Northbridge, apartment #30. My fiance and I signed a lease in June. Every month since signing the lease (except one month) we have received some sort of physical "notice" or phone call regarding our lack of "good standing." I have been in a unit for 3 months and have seen pests in my unit this entire time. The carpet was stained and the appliances weren’t leveled when I moved in. I have had too many issues and no change in lest resolution. I wash every dish before using it. For the cosmos at Sevrne Point the upkeep is unacceptable.

I have been a resident here at the Lost Bayou for many years. A lot of the apartment managers have been absolutely horrible. A few have been great, but go on to other properties and then we get stuck with another disaster for a manager. This year, Jessica came to the property and she is amazing. She and Ash (the maintenance guy) have really made this complex enjoyable to live in once again. Now I'm being told that Jessica has to go back to corporate. This apartment has been nothing but a nightmare for me. First bath in apartment after being told that EVERYTHING would be inspected and tested before I moved in, I look down in my bath and it’s full of rust. It took a week for them to get me a new hot water heater even though we are a 30 second drive from Home Depot, I could not use my shower or sink water for coffee or cooking at this time, and my rent was NOT docked for this. Ceiling in bedroom still leaking after multiple service requests. One maintenance guy came and said he will be back and I never saw him again. Now the bedroom ceiling leaking again.

Been here a month have put in several maintenance requests regarding ac, have been to the office, have called and emailed and my ac continues to not work. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Terrible property management, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Apartments very old, not well kept and need a lot of work. Residents have to pay for there own repairs. Definitely would not recommend.
