FLOWERGATE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST!!! Beautiful place, horrible service and rude office members
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT! they are beyond rude and will not help you with any problems you have w the apartment or neighbors. I’ve been here half a year and it’s been my own personal hell at home. My neighbors scream and stomp and call the cops on us while we haven’t done anything to start confrontation but the office decided that instead of moving the people who are known here for being difficult and rude to instead move me and charge me more for rent and to resign a longer lease... not gonna happen buddy
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!The people not only the resident above me but the property manager have been so horrific since the day I moved in. My upstairs neighbors stomp and stomp all night and they’re blaming it on their weight. These people have called the cops on me and have even said it was not them walking. The office here is no help and wants to raise my rent to fix the issue. This apartment is beautiful but the service is the worst and the people are beyond rude!! And will NOT help you.

The last communication I received from anyone associated with 1st Lake Apartments was on 9/12/19. The communication was sent over a month after the termination of my lease on 07/23/19. I have been trying to pay my rent online, and the resident portal is not working.
We spend almost $1900 a month for a two bedroom luxury apartment and we get lots of things for free-first silverfish and roaches. I’m not sure how much a unit without bugs costs? The first month we lived here, the dryer needed to be repaired 3 times. The fur balls that were left after the repair were free too. One would think the appliances would be checked and repaired in between tenants, but not at these luxury apartments. The mail is messed up, (not getting mine, getting other apts. Mail, packages being left on the floor of the mail area where anyone can take them), gates either being left open all night or not locking in the first place. The noise level from the pool is sometimes unbearable.
I really enjoyed this apartment, the maintenance was always very quick and the maintenance men are very nice. The gate is broken often and they will not return your emails once you move out about rent deposit. The move out experience soured the time I had at lake towers but other than that it was a good 2 years.
If I had the option to choose no stars I would have done so. I recently Moved from Sugar Mill East Apartments. 2-3 days after I moved out I received a call asking if I had receive maintenance from a ticket I put in months before. That was the last red flag that these people do not keep up with their maintenance tickets or complaints from the tenant. Now I have been out for a month and I receive a letter stating I owe Sugar Mill east because floor damages, rent, paint, and other small charges. I put in a maintenance ticket re... read more
