My elderly parents have been living in their apartment for a little over a year now. More than two weeks ago the ceiling in their kitchen had extensive leak damage. Someone came and tore out the damaged part, assessed the damage, how much it would cost to repair it and then covered it up with a black garbage bag. To Whom It May Concern, Bldg 2 Apt 3010 I have been without Air Conditioning for a week during these extreme heat conditions. I have reported it and it was addressed by maintenance but after multiple attempts, they have had no success in repairing it.

Experiencec has not been good , report problems but not acnowledge in a timely manner, example no washer still not repaired iths been 3 weeks , no dishwaher has not been repaired 1month, ceiling water damage has not been repaired 1 month , report problems staff says they short handed unproffesional staff , very rude but quick to collect money seems like thats their only priority

The only reason I even put one star is cause it wouldn’t allow me to continue without putting something. I have had the worst experience living here. Everything is this apartment is worth less than crap. I’m constantly putting in maintenance calls for things they’ve already “fixed”. From the time I’ve moved in until now it’s issue after issue. My apartment was taken apart for other apartments so my wife had to stay in the apartment for 3 weeks without A/c for them to only put a portable u it in our bedroom. They always are about money and not us. This apartment complex is a scam. This is the worst apartment to live in , the manager is very rude and intrusive. She lies and will con you out of extra money , I cannot wait to move out . She also makes up extra VERBAL rules that I do not follow , because that are not an any lease contract or pet contract , please look for a different apartment .
